Description
The 2-storey holiday home is 80 m² in size, on the ground floor with underfloor heating and suitable for 1 - 4 people all year round. The large property offers enough space and tranquillity.
The kitchen-living room with adjoining terrace is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and freezer. In the bathroom there is a shower, a WC and a PP.
The living room invites you to a cosy get-together with a wood-burning stove, a satellite TV LCD flat screen, a radio with CD and a couch.
On the 2nd floor of our holiday home there are 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed) including bed linen and a separate small bathroom (WC + washing facilities), which can be accessed from both rooms via a small corridor.
The large garden offers plenty of space for activities, there is a table tennis table, fire bowl, garden furniture, firewood and an outdoor barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is only about 5m away from the lake. Despite the quiet location on the lake, it is just a minute walk to the city center. The well-maintained roads and trails and tracks for cycling, walking, skating and other sports activities. Lychen is a nationally recognized resort and one of the three German cities may be called "rafts ; Surrounded by seven lakes and vast forests of the place invites you to relax.

Thank you for all.
An excellent location right on the lake with its own boat dock and rowboat. A top modern holiday home, ideal for 2 families (4 adults).
The whole area is a natural paradise for swimming, paddling, SUP, hiking, boat trips, and cycling. Simply brilliant in the Uckermark region.
We will come back to the holiday home next year.

Very nice holiday home in a quiet location with an unrestricted view of the lake.
Modernly equipped and clean. Our grandson (9 years) also felt very comfortable and could move around unhindered.

Beautiful holiday to relax and yet directly in the city
Beautiful house in a great location right on the lake with outdoor seating. Nice reception. Everything you need is there. 1 point deduction for the missing oven. Didn't bother us, but you should know beforehand.
There is a lot to explore in the area and also in the village, good opportunities for swimming (not necessarily directly at the house), cycling or paddling. We felt very comfortable.
