House for 4 people, on a 200 m2 plot.

Inside, you will find the living area and fully equipped open kitchen. The shower room and the toilet are separate and open to the outside. On the sleeping side, a first bedroom with a double bed and storage closet, and a second bedroom with two single beds, also with a storage closet.
The house has three individually controlled reversible air conditioners (living room and bedrooms). Outside, you will have a large south-facing relaxation terrace and another large shaded terrace on the east side for dining and relaxing.
A garden shed will allow you to store your suitcases and bicycles. Your car will have its place in the enclosed grounds with an automated gate.

Fernand and Maryvonne, retirees, welcome you to the new little house they had built for hosting their children and grandchildren. Just steps from shops, the place is quiet and located in an environment conducive to rest (lake and ocean beaches), relaxation (gastronomy, walks on forest bike paths on foot or by bicycle) as well as to the practice of nautical activities on the lake (pedalo, paddleboarding) and at the ocean (Surf).
