This traditional holiday home enjoys an attractive location in a popular holiday area close to the water and the beach of Følle. The house is comfortably furnished and designed for families or smaller groups looking for a relaxing break near the coast. The property offers three bedrooms: two rooms each with two single beds that can be arranged as doubles, and a third room with a bunk bed providing two berths, making it ideal for children. The open-plan kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and cozy evenings together. For comfort, the house features an energy-efficient heat pump, while a traditional wood-burning stove adds extra warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. Firewood is not included. From the living area, you step out onto a covered terrace furnished for outdoor relaxation. Children can enjoy themselves on the lawn with the play set while adults unwind in the fresh air. A carport is available on the property, offering practical shelter for your vehicle. Just about 300 m from the house lies the shallow sandy beach of Følle, perfect for swimming and family activities. During the summer season, bathing jetties are available for guests to enjoy. This holiday home is an excellent choice for those who appreciate the charm of a classic coastal getaway combined with family-friendly facilities. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
