Our farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location and is surrounded by meadows, pastures and small woods. Our spacious, light-flooded "Galerie unterm Reet" is located on the first floor of our farmhouse and is accessible via a separate staircase. The large living room with beautiful honey-coloured oak parquet flooring and integrated kitchenette is furnished in a modern, Nordic style and gives guests plenty of space and freedom. From the spacious west-facing balcony and the living room, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of wine.
A wood-burning stove with a window, as well as the underfloor heating, which is heated by geothermal energy, provide a pleasant warmth on cooler days. Wood is provided by us.
The flat offers a lot of space, has 2 smaller bedrooms and, above, a sleeping gallery for 2 persons open to the front into the large living room.
There is 1 bathroom.
The large, landscape-like garden area with pond biotope and beautiful creative corners invites you to relax or to have fun and play - there is something for everyone!
free-roaming peacocks and species-appropriate horse husbandry provide additional variety.
Riding lessons and therapeutic riding are available for children by prior arrangement

Location and surroundings of object
our farm belongs to the municipality of Gelting.
Of course, the numerous nearby, unspoilt and beautiful Baltic Sea beaches invite you to take long walks on the beach and to go swimming.
The picturesque harbour town of Kappeln on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei is only 6 km away, Flensburg with its nice old town and harbour flair about 40 km. Numerous excursion destinations for all tastes are within easy reach by car or bicycle. Close by, the "Geltinger Birk", a nature reserve with wild cattle and horses, the Koniks, is particularly inviting for a hike or a bike tour. A trip to Denmark should not be missed either.
