our farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location and is surrounded by meadows, pastures and small woods. Our cosy holiday home with rustic furnishings and beautiful wooden floorboards invites you to feel at home. From the spacious west terrace and the living room, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of wine.
A ground stove (from May 2023) provides cosy, lasting warmth. Wood is provided.
The house offers plenty of space and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
the large garden with beautiful corners invites you to play and have fun, or you can simply let your soul dangle. everyone, as he wants.
We have free-roaming peacocks and a horse farm for variety. Riding lessons, also therapeutic riding, are available for children.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is less than 5 km away from the best Baltic Sea beaches of Angeln, a beautiful and varied cultural landscape in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein, framed between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei, a Baltic Sea fjord. You can reach the beach by bike after a 20-minute ride through the beautiful countryside.
The nearby nature reserve "Geltinger Birk" with its rich flora and fauna invites you to extensive walks and bicycle tours.
Here, especially the large herd of wild Konik horses are very exciting to watch, as well as wild herds of cattle. There is also a large variety of rare birds here, and in particular one of the largest cormorant colonies in Europe.
The picturesque fishing town of Kappeln on the Schlei is only 6 km from us. During the herring season it is very attractive for anglers, otherwise it invites you to stroll and linger. During a boat trip on the Schlei, you can relax and enjoy the lovely, varied landscape from the water side. A trip on the old-timer train can also be booked here.
Flensburg and Eckernförde are also very pretty, worthwhile excursion destinations with many interesting offers
Denmark, with its "hyggeligen" towns, also invites you to make further excursions.

Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
The tenant agrees to pay the agreed rental price if the property is not used, minus the expenses saved by the landlord. In this case, the landlord will endeavor to re-rent the property as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the trip.
