Situated not far from a wonderful sandy beach, this attractive holiday home combines modern comfort with a light and airy atmosphere. The house is designed with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light and create a spacious, welcoming environment. From the entrance, you step directly into the large open-plan living area, which serves as the heart of the home. Here you will find a cozy sitting area, a dining space, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen fitted with contemporary colors and quality appliances. Standing in the kitchen and looking upward, natural light streams in from the high windows, making the room feel open and bright without ever feeling confined. At the opposite end of the house are three bedrooms, providing space for both families and couples traveling together. One of the bedrooms even has direct access to a terrace, making it ideal for enjoying a morning coffee outdoors. The stylish bathroom is located nearby and offers modern facilities. Outdoors, the house features several terraces that are thoughtfully arranged so you can follow the sun throughout the day. Whether you prefer breakfast in the morning light, an afternoon coffee, or a barbecue dinner in the evening, there is always a perfect spot to sit back and relax. The nearby beach is not only great for swimming and sunbathing but also offers beautiful views across the coastal landscape. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house has a beautiful, quiet location, and there is a lot to do from there. The property is very large and beautiful. Recommendations: The house has a very beautiful, quiet location, and you can quickly reach the sea in the beautiful bay. The town of Ebeltoft can be reached in 10 minutes, where there is the great glassblowing workshop and the ship museum. Both are very nice and great for children (from about 5 years old)! We also often used the beautiful swimming pool in Ebeltoft, for which we had free entry through our house, that was really good. Additionally, we were in Aarhus and at the amusement park, both great for kids and about 1 hour drive away.
