New house in our program from spring 2023. - MAX 1 SMALL DOG! Fantastically located small cozy vacation home. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Lovely grounds with many cozy corners. Here you can sit and enjoy the sound of the sea. The holiday home has a spacious living room with both a dining area and a sofa area by the wood-burning stove. From the living room, you step out into the most beautiful conservatory, which is used all year round. Here, it feels like being outside. Cozy kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with underfloor heating. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed 70x180. 1 bedroom with single bed. Really top-class location. Annex is private. Free final cleaning.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
