WELCOME to the Uckermark and to our quietly located holiday home "Annika", built in 2010
The "Nordic Blue" for 2-4 people has a fenced garden and is furnished with great attention to detail in Swedish country house style. As a mid-terrace house with a total living area of approx. 62 sqm, it extends over 2 floors. 2 bedrooms with new and super-comfortable box-spring beds (hotel beds), 2 bathrooms, fireplace and a large terrace are part of the equipment. New: a small sauna right next door - only 5m - can be rented for sole use.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, dining area and small fitted kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. The hallway in the entrance area leads to the upper floor.
In the attic you will find a small hallway with a reading corner and a kitchen (can be rented for 5€/day) and the second bathroom
In both bedrooms, the new comfortable hotel beds can be used comfortably as single or double beds.

The large patio doors of the living room give a view into your garden. Four pieces of seating furniture with a table, a parasol, 2 loungers, a screen and a charcoal barbecue are available. In fine weather, the sun shines here from morning to afternoon. On cool autumn or snowy winter days you can sit comfortably by the fireplace. We provide firewood free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village, in a quiet residential street that leads directly to the natural bathing lake in 4-5 minutes on foot. There is a lot of nature all around, beautiful cycle paths and many field and forest hiking trails. Surrounded by meadows and fields, the small village of Blankenburg, a district of the municipality of Oberuckersee, lies on the edge of the "Schorfheide - Chorin" biosphere reserve.
The small village has about 300 inhabitants, a church, a historical village nature trail and the legendary Wallberg - where the witches dance every year on Wallburgis Night.
On the outskirts of the village - only 180m from the holiday home - is the 65 ha bathing lake with island and circular hiking trail. The forest with its many small idyllic lakes for fishing (DAV) or hiking around begins at 800m. Gastronomic facilities with good regional products can be found 4km away.

Holiday House Annika
Located in a small place. Very lovingly furnished vacation apartment, good amenities. Especially nice is the garden with seating area and grill possibilities. Short path to the lake.

Summer vacation June 2020
For one week, we (4 seniors) felt very comfortable in the Annika holiday home. Mrs. Dahlke personally greeted us and handed over the premises. The holiday home is modern and tastefully equipped with all comforts. This accommodation is ideal for two couples as the second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the upper floor. In the kitchen, you will find plenty of dishes, so the dishwasher is also justified. Unfortunately, I have not found a larger SHARP knife in ANY holiday accommodation so far. The sleeping comfort could not be better. The beds are simply great, and the rural silence ensures a restful sleep. Unfortunately, there are also criticism points: 1. The holiday accommodation was about TEN PERCENT more expensive than the price calculator indicates. In our case, we paid 693 euros for one week with 4 people instead of 630 euros. The price was mentioned in the rental contract but has NOT been changed on the holiday rental page until today. 2. I have to deduct points for the service, as there were no further offers except for the reception on the day of arrival. There was also no contact person on-site. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you very much for a wonderful week in the Uckermark.
