Very friendly and customer-oriented host.

We, a group of 6 people (55-60 years old), felt very comfortable here. A great facility that leaves nothing to be desired. The surroundings are beautiful and the city is not far away. With bicycles (I recommend e-bikes), the lovely area can be explored extensively. We had excellent weather, and that was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately, you can't rent the weather. We were here for the second time and will probably come back again.

New Year's Eve at the Schlei - a castle to feel good

We spent the New Year on the Schlei. It was a very windy, thus rocking, and wet transition into the new year, but on the "boat" we lacked nothing to spend these days relaxed and comfortably.
We felt very comfortable.

Communication with the landlord was always quick and friendly, thank you, Clausen family.

Space miracle for water lovers

This very spacious water house with fantastic panoramic views of the Schlei offers plenty of space for 6 people. The living area upstairs is very well furnished: it is suitable for spending time together and still offers enough corners so that you don't have to sit in a heap. All three bedrooms have plenty of storage space for luggage. The kitchen, which is excellently equipped, also offers plenty of space. Even in the bathroom downstairs and the toilet upstairs, space and comfort are not spared. The terrace and sun deck are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views.
For SUP tours, the direct access at the house is a dream. And for a nice walk on land, you can continue along the shore through Holm to the old town.
Everything fits together here and is absolutely recommended.

Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful week here with my family. The Waterhouse is lovingly and stylishly furnished. Enthusiastic from the first moment. Perfect to switch off from everyday life and enjoy, we can only recommend the Waterhouse. The contact with the Clausen family was easy and always very friendly.

Holiday in the front row

We, as a family of five, spent a week at the end of July on vacation in this new, beautiful water house on the Schlei. To make it short: we can recommend the house in every way!
It is very spacious with 150 sqm. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The three bedrooms offer a lot of storage space due to the numerous built-in wardrobes. The bathroom on the lower level as well as the toilet on the living level are tastefully furnished, also with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also excellently equipped, nothing was missing! Particularly noteworthy is the very rich number of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. The furnishings are overall practical and aesthetically appealing.
But the highlights of the water house are the terrace and the sun deck - both of which we were able to enjoy extensively after two rather wet and cold days. It's wonderful to sit or lie there right by the water and enjoy the view of the Schlei. We really enjoyed the week!

Waterhouse Schlei

We used the Waterhouse from 10.06.2023 to 20.06.2023 and are very satisfied. The furnishings are still new, very tasteful, and of very high quality. On the terrace, you have an unobstructed view of the Schlei and can watch the sailors crossing. The gas grill on the terrace and the sharp knives in the kitchen have definitely served us well. The entire equipment is absolutely praiseworthy and coordinated in detail.

We would be happy to come back and can recommend the house with a full score.
