This lovingly designed retreat on the second floor of Falkenstein invites you to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy a break filled with warmth and nature. Ideal for couples or small families, the apartment offers two cosy double bedrooms and a stylish living area where you can relax together, watch films or enjoy the soothing crackle of the fire on chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee machine, is perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a delicious meal after an outing in the surrounding area. The spacious bathroom, complete with shower, bath and washing machine, provides added comfort, whilst the balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the fresh Alpine air – whether over your first coffee of the day or watching the sunset on warm summer evenings. A private parking space makes arrival easy, and pets are also very welcome, so no one really has to be left behind. In winter, the surrounding ski resorts such as Grünbach, Schöneck and Eibenstock (7–26 km) beckon, as do the Czech ski resorts around 30 km away – ideal for skiing, tobogganing or snowy walks. In summer, the region offers a wealth of options: the Falkenstein Dam (3 km) for hiking, cycling or picnicking, the romantic Schlossinsel (13 km), the Vogtland Cycle Route, idyllic hiking trails, the zoo Falkenstein or the summer toboggan run in Schöneck for family adventures. Shops, restaurants and the railway station are all conveniently located within a 500-metre radius – perfect for a relaxing and varied holiday.

Spacious, well-equipped, and clean apartment near the train station. Friendly host and uncomplicated check-in and check-out process. Supermarket and city center are within walking distance. We liked it, we would love to come back.

Spacious and comfortable! We were a group of friends and had enough space. The fireplace was a nice addition for the cool evenings. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay, although the weather was not great. The apartment was big enough for our family, and the location was convenient for visits to nearby attractions like the planetarium. The hosts made the check-in process smooth and easy.
