Description

Wonderful flat in Hamburg on the top floor of a newly built 2-family house.

This quiet 3-room flat has a living room and two bedrooms. Open built-in kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave etc. The bathroom has a round shower and a bathtub as well as two windows

The living room is equipped with a sitting area with four chairs, sofa bed, LCD TV, stereo, cable TV, telephone. DSL Wifi Internet is included in the rent !

The first bedroom has a large double bed and dressers, mirror, the second bedroom has two single beds.

Living room, hall, kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The whole flat has underfloor heating.

The view from all windows is into the green. The flat is located in a quiet 30 km zone.

In the cellar there is a washing machine and a drying room.

There are two underground trains - which go directly to the harbour, , Rathaus. Hamburg-Messe, Hagenbeck etc - and several bus lines

The motorway A 1 to the Baltic Sea, the A 24 to Berlin and the A 25 towards Lueneburg, Geesthacht are only 4 minutes drive from this flat in Hamburg ! It is only 12 minutes away from Hamburg city centre - Binnenalster, Hauptbahnhof, The flats are located in Hamburg's greenest and quietest district Oejendorf. It is a mature residential area with lots of green spaces, the large Oejendorf Park with its lake, thatched roof houses, paddocks, historic farms is not far from our holiday flats. It is an almost rural idyll in the middle of Hamburg.

Gladly again!

We traveled with two children and had plenty of space. The apartment is fully equipped; nothing is missing in the kitchen. Our landlords were very nice and accommodating. We lived in the middle of nature and yet in Hamburg. The three-day ticket, which allows you to travel everywhere, was an advantage.

If we had questions, we could contact our landlords at any time, who were helpful with advice and assistance. We felt truly at home and will definitely rent this apartment again. With kind regards to the North.

Everything is fine.

This beautiful vacation apartment is equipped with everything that makes a Hamburg holiday enjoyable and is also charmingly decorated. We felt very comfortable.

The furnishings are chosen with great taste, creating an immediate sense of home, allowing for excellent relaxation after exciting days. The comfortable beds and the quiet location contribute to this; however, subways and buses are just a few minutes' walk away.

We would love to come back.

Super nice holiday flat that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything as described, very clean, bright and quietly located. Just perfect all around and to feel good

The flat corresponds exactly to the information on the internet. The photos only show a part of the beautiful flat in a positive sense, it is furnished with a lot of taste and attention to detail.

Everything wonderful

Nothing is missing and everything looks like in the photos. The view and the location are great. We like to go for walks and got our money's worth.

All we can say about this flat is: top location, top furnishings, top view! Underground connection (5 min walk), so that a car is completely superfluous in Hamburg!

All in all, we enjoyed our week in Hamburg very much, which was largely due to the flat. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday flat and will be happy to come back.

Viel Platz

The vacation rental has a lot of charm, and the furnishings are very tasteful and in excellent condition, ensuring a sense of well-being.

The friendly and clean apartment is quiet and centrally located. The large bathroom with a shower AND bath was a pleasure in the evenings when our feet were sore - as was the underfloor heating.

After our exhausting excursions, this apartment was a real little oasis of relaxation.

We will definitely come back.

Schöner Urlaub

This vacation rental offers a perfect starting point for excursions on foot or by train, it is absolutely quiet and really very lovingly and beautifully decorated. The equipment is top-notch, everything very clean, and attention to detail has been given everywhere. We were very pleased with the well-equipped kitchen as well.

The landlady Nicole is very accommodating. We wish all holidaymakers after us as much fun and relaxation as we were able to experience!

Thank you very much - great apartment

After a warm welcome by the landlady Nicole, we had a few wonderful days. The apartment is so cozy that you immediately feel at home. The living room with underfloor heating invites you to cozy TV evenings, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very tastefully designed.

We especially enjoyed the great location in the greenery, but only 12 minutes from the city center. There were 2 underground stations within a few minutes' walk, as well as several bus lines. Therefore, we did not use our car at all. Additionally, there is also a lot to discover in the immediate vicinity, such as the Öjendorfer Park.

We liked it so much that we have already booked again for next year.

This apartment is really highly recommended.

Dear Nicole,
it was an absolute dream to stay with you. My family and I were thrilled. Simply indescribable, one must experience it. The underfloor heating kept our feet wonderfully warm all the time, the bathroom with tub and large shower... a dream. In a few minutes, we were in the city, the apartment in the new building is very quiet. Subway and shops are not even 3 minutes away from the apartment.

This is the most beautiful holiday apartment we have ever booked!

Warm welcome by the landlady. The apartment is so comfortably furnished that you immediately feel at home.

The apartment is absolutely clean, the pictures also correspond to the condition of the apartment. Everything is very tastefully decorated and lovingly decorated. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a walk through nature is only a 2-minute walk away, Hamburg city center is 12 minutes by subway. We will recommend the apartment.
