Our holiday home is located in the heart of the Ostallgäu, in the small hamlet of Kniebis in Halblech..The holiday home is 50 sqm and offers space for 4 people
You have a fully equipped spacious eat-in kitchen with sitting area, tiled stove, TV, 2 separate bedrooms for 2 persons each, a well-equipped bathroom with window, a meadow and a covered terrace with a separate entrance at your disposal. On the terrace in front of the entrance area, garden furniture with deckchairs and parasol are provided for you. From there you have an unobstructed view of the Buchenberg, Hochplatte and Geiselstein. While you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or just relax after an eventful day. Parking spaces are of course included directly at the house. A separate lockable storage room for bicycles or skis is also available.
The famous castles of King Ludwig II - Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau, as well as the romantic town of Füssen can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
Wonderful hiking and biking trails provide the basis for relaxing day trips and also the nearby skiing area guarantees a lot of fun for young and old in winter
The landlady is a trained beautician, chiropodist and wellness masseuse. So wellness relaxation is of course also available for an extra charge.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in our small but fine feel-good domicile between the peaks of the Allgäu mountains!

Location and surroundings of object
The Bavarian municipality of Halblech is located in the Allgäu, about 12 kilometres north-east of Füssen. The municipality, which lies at an altitude of about 800 metres, partially borders Austria.
The municipality of Halblech only came into being in 1976 through the merger of the two former municipalities of Buching and Trauchgau.
Halblech is part of the Allgäu Hiking Trilogy, the award-winning and unique hiking trail with exciting daily stages.
In our municipality we have four great bathing lakes where you can swim wonderfully. The lakes are freely accessible.

The skiing area Halblech is located in the district Ostallgäu (Germany, Bavaria, Swabia). There are 3 km of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. 1 lift transports guests. The winter sports area lies at an altitude of 823 to 1,043 m.
The ski lift in Halblech has a longer T-bar lift and three slopes of varying difficulty. The Halblech ski area offers leisurely skiing and snowboarding in a relaxed atmosphere. If you don't want to go skiing or snowboarding, you can directly join the cross-country ski trail in the Halblech winter sports area.
The Allgäu is most beautiful the closer you get to the Alps. As soon as the landscape becomes more and more hilly and the mountains seem to get higher and higher, you know you're as good as in the middle of it. Here, happy brown cows graze on evergreen meadows and nature looks like it has been painted. In the Allgäu, the world still seems to be in order and the feeling of warmth in your heart comes over you when you see this beautiful region.

Cancellation terms:
150 days before departure - 25% of the rental price must be paid 120 days before departure - 50% of the rental price must be paid 90 days before departure - 100% of the rental price must be paid The tenant has the option to designate a replacement tenant provided that the booking time, the property, and the price remain unchanged. Both cancellations and withdrawals must be submitted to us in writing. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full daily rate will be charged. The cancellation fee is always 30.00 € one-time.

According to the Federal Protection against Infection Act, there have been nationwide measures, the so-called basic protection, since 1 October. Depending on the infection figures, the Corona regulations in Germany are adapted again and again. The federal states can react to the development of the infection situation with further measures. The 17th Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance was extended up to and including 20 January 2023.
General protection and hygiene measures remain recommended. These include the minimum distance, wearing medical face masks indoors and disinfecting hands.
In hotels and other overnight establishments, the 3G rule is lifted. They are therefore accessible to all, not just the vaccinated, recovered and negatively tested.
Gastronomy

Leisure and tourism facilities
There are no longer any access restrictions to sports, cultural and leisure facilities. This applies to theatres, operas, concert halls and cinemas, public and private events in non-private premises, baths, thermal baths and saunas as well as open-air guided tours, zoos and botanical gardens, state-owned castles, guided tours in closed rooms, show caves and visitor mines, cable cars, indoor playgrounds, amusement arcades and banks.
There are also no restrictions on your own active sporting activities, visits to museums and exhibitions, libraries and archives, fitness studios and solariums, as well as body-related services from hairdressers and beauticians.
Folk festivals and markets can take place.

Public transport
It is compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask on long-distance trains. Children and adolescents between the ages of six and 13 inclusive may also use a medical mask (surgical mask, mouth-nose protection). In local public transport (ÖPNV), there is no longer a mask obligation from 10 December; however, it is recommended to continue wearing a mask. In principle, there is no longer an obligation to wear a mask in aircraft since October 2022

Another beautiful stay
This was already our 3rd stay in the beautiful holiday home Bergliebe.
It is a great house with a dreamlike view of the mountains. The equipment of the house was super (any kitchen utensils, firewood, and everything you could possibly need). The cleanliness is also flawless.
The contact with the Niggl family is incredibly warm, wonderful, uncomplicated, and extremely friendly - again a great welcome with tea and cake. The location of the house is ideal for any excursions in all directions.
We (2 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog) felt completely comfortable again. For us, it feels like coming home.
We can recommend the holiday home Bergliebe (and we have seen many holiday homes) without any reservations. It was simply great.
Thank you very much, Niggl family - it was incredibly wonderful with you again - we are already looking forward to next autumn.

Great Easter holiday
We had another (the second visit) wonderful stay at House Bergliebe with the Niggl family.
It is a great house with a dreamlike view of the mountains. The equipment of the house was superb (all kitchen utensils, firewood, and everything you could possibly need). The cleanliness is also immaculate. The contact with the Niggl family was again wonderful, uncomplicated, and extremely friendly - also a great welcome with tea and cake. The location of the house is ideal for any excursions in all directions.
We (2 adults and 1 dog) felt completely comfortable all around again.
We can recommend the holiday house Bergliebe (and we have seen many holiday houses) without any reservations. It was simply wonderful.

Highly recommended
We were on vacation for 1 week at Haus Bergliebe. The landlords, Katarina and Armin, welcomed us very warmly. The house is very lovingly furnished and nothing is missing. Wonderful break
We had a few wonderful days in this well-maintained and lovingly furnished cottage. The welcome by the Niggl family was very warm, and we felt well taken care of from the beginning. Over these 5 days, the weather showed us all its sides. At 25 degrees, the covered terrace provided us with shade, and we enjoyed the fantastic view of the mountain panorama and the lush green meadows. Later on, with snow and gray skies, the fireplace warmed us, for which we always had plenty of wood available. Thanks again, Niggl family! We hope to see you again next year!

House Mountain Love, a dream in the Alps.
