The studio apartment “UferNest (App. 603)” offers you a high-quality vacation home in close proximity to the sandy beach of Wassersleben, right on the German-Danish border near Flensburg. The recently renovated, modernly furnished vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of House 2 of the Strandresidenz Wassersleben apartment complex and, with a living space of 45 m², is ideal for couples, small families, and guests who value comfort and a prime location.
The open, bright living concept is immediately apparent upon entering the apartment. The combined living and dining area is tastefully furnished with modern furniture and features high-quality vinyl flooring, which makes the ambience cozy and easy to maintain. A comfortable sofa and armchair invite you to relax. A large cable TV with digital reception is available for entertainment. In addition, the apartment offers a DVD player, a hi-fi system, radio, CD player, and a selection of books and games – so there is plenty to do even when the weather is not so nice.
The bedroom is furnished with high-quality furniture, vinyl flooring, and ample storage space in the form of a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with sleeping arrangements designed to ensure that both adults and children can sleep comfortably. A baby cot and a high chair are available for younger guests, so that your family will be well taken care of.
The modern kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped: a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, mixer, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, and cutlery are provided, as well as kitchen utensils, tea towels, and spices – ideal for self-catering during your stay. The dining table offers enough space for shared meals.
The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink with mirror and cosmetic mirror, and a toilet. Hair dryers, bath towels, and hand towels are included in the scope of services, as is an initial supply of bed linen.
