The beautiful and quietly located 4 **** holiday home "Heideblüte" has a living space of approx. 105 m². The house is modernly furnished and the perfect place to relax. Parking spaces are available in the street in front of the house. A lockable shed with storage space for bicycles rounds off the great overall picture of this house.
LIVING/DINING AREA
From the light-flooded living/dining area you have direct access to the furnished terrace with fenced garden pond. You can spend cosy hours at the large dining table with seating for 6 people. A high-quality water-bearing stove provides pleasant warmth on not so hot days. You can also relax on the reading/resting couch or the couch in the adjoining living area. Internet/WLAN and HD-TV are a matter of course.
KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen gives every hobby chef the opportunity to create culinary delights themselves. The necessary high-quality equipment with induction hob incl. extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo pad machine, sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans as well as many other useful baking and kitchen utensils are available. Also on the ground floor there is a small guest toilet with washstand and mirror
BEDROOM
3 quiet feel-good bedrooms / sleeping possibilities for 6 persons:
1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) incl. flat-screen TV
2 bedrooms with two single beds each (90 x 200 cm) - one of which can be used as a loft bed (see pictures)
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our very small guests. You can watch the fish in the garden pond and still you are protected by the fenced terrace. Children's tableware and a few small games are of course also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home is the Osterheide nature reserve. Countless well-signposted and well-paved paths lead through heath, forest and moorland. Whether on foot or by bicycle, on horseback or sometimes quite comfortably by carriage. Schneverdingen is virtually surrounded by the diversity of nature, but also offers countless diverse excursion options and leisure activities in its Lüneburg Heath region.
OTHER DESTINATIONS IN THE REGION
If the starting point for a day trip is not your holiday home, you can also relax and use the four circular routes of the free Heide Shuttle and get on and off at many great spots in our region. By the way, you can also do this by bike, because the Heide Shuttle has room for up to 15 bikes in a special trailer
REST, WELLNESS, RELAXATION..
Swimming, sauna, massages, thermal baths - .e.g. in the Heidjers Wohl 1.5 km from the holiday home, in the Soltau Therme or a tropical day trip to the Center Park Bispinger Heide. Of course, there is plenty for the little ones in the family in all the pools - slides, children's pools etc. There are also many options for outdoor pools - for example, the Quellenbad natural pool in Schneverdingen, several heated outdoor pools in the surrounding towns or at the Südsee Camp with its own beach in Wietzendorf.
SHOPPING ON HOLIDAY IS ALSO POSSIBLE..
Either in the Designer Outlet Centre Soltau, about 20 minutes away, or in one of the three major cities of Hamburg, Bremen or Hanover. All are about an hour's drive away and of course offer much more than just shopping.
OR PERHAPS A VISIT TO A MUSEUM WITH A DIFFERENCE..
The toy museum in Soltau, the tank museum in Munster or the Felto felt world can provide a welcome change for young and old on rainy days.
