Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located on the highest point of a mountain range between the Constance districts of Petershausen and Wollmatingen and offers a great panoramic view from the Reichenau to far into the Swiss Alps. The flat is south-facing towards the garden, so it is particularly quiet in an already quiet residential area. Nevertheless, within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach: Forest area, supermarket, post office, church, 2 bus stops, restaurant. If you drive 10 minutes, you can be on the Mainau or Reichenau, at the ferry, in the open-air swimming pool, in the city or at the university or the Swiss border. Constance combines many cultural and historical sights with pleasant shopping on the lake or in Switzerland. Or you can explore various nature reserves, the charming landscape of the Bodanrück with the Marienschlucht gorge and the wildlife park, or take advantage of the central location for excursions to Switzerland, Reichenau or Mainau or the idyllic towns on Lake Constance.
