We invite you to spend a relaxing holiday in our holiday home "Spreeblick" and to experience Lower Lusatia and the Spreewald in East Brandenburg from its most beautiful side.
Whether you want a relaxing holiday, a family holiday or a sporty active holiday, Niederlausitz and the Spreewald offer a good mix of everything.
Kummerow can be the starting point for cyclists, boaters, anglers, hikers as well as all nature lovers.
The comfortable holiday home is located in the centre of Kummerow in the middle of the idyllic nature reserve "Spreewiesen" on the Spree. The village has inhabitants and is about 5 km from the core town of Friedland/Mark.
The district town of Beeskow is also about 5 km away. Here you will find everything a small town with 8000 inhabitants has to offer - from A like car dealers, doctors, pharmacies, fishing shop to Z like zoo shop, of course shopping facilities, restaurants, a cinema, petrol stations
From our holiday home, the distance to our own jetty on the Spree is approx. 50 metres. Here you will find our small motorboat, which is licence-free. You will also find a cosy bathing area just a few steps away.

- When you are received at the "Spreeblick" holiday home and briefed, you will receive your keys.
- We will put together an appropriate linen package (with a note) for you (bed linen, 3 towels of different sizes per person, tea towels)

We are pleased to welcome you to our homepage. Here you will find information about our holiday home "Spreeblick" and the surrounding area with excursion destinations. It would be nice to meet you in person. We took our first holiday here ourselves 15 years ago and immediately "fell in love" with nature, the country and the people. To enjoy peace and nature and to get to know new sights, we created our own little holiday paradise in Kummerow. Among our friends and acquaintances, there was an ever-increasing demand for recreation here. So in 2014, together with the company Becker's Blockhaus GmbH, we planned and built a holiday home with 2 separate holiday flats to give our guests the opportunity to find peace and relaxation from everyday stress, to enjoy nature in the idyllic nature reserve "Spreewiesen" or to recharge their batteries with sporting activities such as swimming, water sports, cycling, fishing or hiking. On a bad weather day or in the evening hours, you can pass the time with board games or books, which you will find in our holiday home. Since we ourselves always have a Weimaraner bitch with us as a family member, it goes without saying that you can bring your "four-legged family member" to stay with us for a small extra charge. The village of Kummerow was first mentioned in a document in 1418. The name comes from the Slavic "Kmorow". The manor house in Kummerow, which was built around 1900, is worth seeing. Since the 1960s, a department of the Beeskow hospital was housed here. The building has been in private ownership since the 1990s and has been renovated as a residential house. The estate park borders here, inviting visitors to take walks and observe nature. In the village there is a water hiking rest area with possibilities for barbecuing, swimming and playing beach volleyball. A varied fringe of pine, beech and sessile oak forests along the Spree invites you to extensive, relaxing walks, nature observation or mushroom picking.
