Malinska, district Masons. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

American kitchen in the kitchen-diner (8 sqm) with TV, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
