The overall external condition leaves much to be desired, there is a missing pane in the outdoor seating area, making it unusable, and there is an unfinished construction site behind the building. The locked side areas are in poorly maintained condition. Inside, everything is generally well-kept and in good condition. The property is large, but only the lawn is mowed; otherwise, it would be nicer. The location and surroundings are quiet and beautiful, with the beach and forest, as well as cities and shopping, easily accessible.
