The Schöne Aussicht holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a sunny and quiet area of Ranco, about 100 metres from the lake. The modernly furnished holiday apartment consists of a living room with well-equipped kitchen area, living room with sofa and satellite TV with lake view. From here there is access to the covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In front of the flat in the garden there are two deckchairs for guests to relax in the greenery. Parking spaces are available in front of the entrance to the residence. The holiday apartment is conveniently located as it is only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Ranco.

The 'Schöne Aussicht' holiday apartment is located in Ranco on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore. It is a very diverse area from a naturalistic point of view, with an interesting and special history, since over the years it has known the passage of the Celts, Romans, Lombards and then the Milanese and Episcopal seigniories, the Spanish, the Austrians and the French.
There are numerous lakes in the region: in addition to Lake Maggiore, there are Lakes Varese, Lugano, Ghirla, Ganna, Monate and Comabbio, all of which can be visited within a few kilometres, as well as beautiful Lake Orta with the Island of San Giulio. Possibility of water sports. Golf. Tennis. Mountain biking, rowing, sailing, skiing on Mount Mottarone (1500 m)

A mooring point for beautiful boat trips (Stresa, Borromeo Islands, Arona-San Carlo, Hermitage of Santa Caterina, Verbania-Villa Taranto, Locarno, Switzerland). An equipped path in front of the residence with a Ranco - Ispra cycle path. Nice beach with bar in Ispra (6,4 km), on foot 4.8 km.

Beautiful vacation
Very beautiful, well-equipped, and clean holiday apartment with a stunning view of the lake. Mr. Speltoni is a friendly landlord who welcomed us with a great fruit basket, sweet treats, and a bottle of Prosecco. He also provided us with many tips for nice excursions. However, to explore the many beautiful sights around the lake, you need a car. Ranco itself is a very quiet place with not much to see. A small promenade with a boat dock and a nice bar invites you to linger.
We spent a very nice vacation at the Beautiful View.

The reception was very warm; we were very pleased with the fruit basket, the drinks, and the sweet surprise.
The apartment is very nice, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.
Everything is easily accessible by car.

Wonderful accommodation at Lake Maggiore
Beautiful and very clean accommodation. Nothing was missing. Additionally, there is a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore from the balcony. Upon arrival, there was a well-filled fruit basket on the table and a bottle of wine in the fridge. A very, very nice and accommodating landlord who is always open to requests. Nearby, there are good restaurants and pizzerias. The Pizzeria Damino in Angera, right at the edge of the village, is highly recommended. We will definitely book this apartment again in the coming years.

A very beautiful apartment
We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Nothing was missing in the furnishings. It was very clean. Of course, the view from the balcony is a highlight. We explored the surroundings by car and could swim in the lake every day.
