Description
You will stay with us in a year-round wooden house, newly built , upscale equipment - on the edge of the village in a very quiet corner, surrounded by the beautiful pine and beech forest of the nature reserve. It is located in a 2000m² enclosed plot on which there are two other houses of the same type, rented to families from Germany. The distances between the houses and the terraced locations prove the necessary privacy for each vacation tenant. A playground for children and conveniences for adults complete the garden property. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
On the first floor you will find a large living room with a fireplace and a dining area, an open fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful terrace where you can relax at a large table together with meals or a cup of coffee. A comfortable sofa bed for 2 people is also available for you on the first floor. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and a washing machine. The other two bedrooms and a guest toilet are located on the second floor, accessible through the open wooden stairs. In each bedroom there are sleeping possibilities for two persons, one is equipped with the double bed and the other with two single beds. An internet connection Wlan and satellite TV are at your disposal, German channels are available. The quality of the internet connection depends on the current load, therefore it is not intended for professional purposes (!) - in the village there is no fiber optic cable networking for the fast internet connections i.e. in case of large tourist arrivals and the associated load it can come to bottleneck phases. Otherwise, the Internet works perfectly. Because the improvement, technically and organizationally to Internet provider is (the improvement measures were requested) we can not guarantee the proper functioning on some days.

Location and surroundings of object
The grocery stores with the local specialties - fresh smoked fish, fruits, vegetables and fresh eggs from local suppliers - can be found nearby. The beach (long and wide) can be reached in about 20 min. with a walk through a beautiful forest, or even faster by car to the parking lot near the beach. With a bit of luck and a good eye, you can also find your piece of amber on the beach. With the bicycle path in the forest you can also easily reach the other tourist places of the Amber Coast. A walk along the Vistula River to the confluence and bird sanctuary "Mewia Lacha" with countless bird species is worthwhile in any case. The local sights and fairy-tale landscape can be explored by the tourist narrow-gauge railroad. The sea trips in the Gdansk Bay, Vistula River with the motor boats or small boats are offered by the local provider. For the children or hobby riders there is possibility to ride with the ponies and horses at the riding ground or in the surroundings.

If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the landlord retains the advance payment made by the tenant as compensation. The convenient location of the cottage on the outskirts of the Tricity Metropolis gives you quick access to Gdansk and many interesting sights of the area. There are Kassube with the capital Kartuzy (20 km), Szymbark with the famous "house on the head", Marienburg with the largest brick building in Europe, Fromberg with the Copernicus Museum, Elblag Canal and especially the beautiful Gdansk Old Town with the Town Hall Museum, St. Mary's Church, Motlaufluss Promenade, harbor tours and much more. Also Sopot invites with the longest pier and countless cafes and restaurants.

Wonderful
We have already vacationed in the holiday home 3 times and will definitely come again. One finds a different holiday home beyond the usual "cookie-cutter" houses known from brochures. The furnishings of the house are exemplary; everything is available. The house is located on a 2000m² forest property with 2 other similar wooden houses at a great distance. In approx. 15 minutes through a pine and beech forest to the Baltic Sea (the beach is quite empty, even in high season). The owners are true hosts and speak excellent German. They have an open ear for every wish and are competent advisors for excursions in the area - Malbork, Stutthof, Pruszcz with the Polish market, and especially the Hanseatic city with the famous churches, the Long Street, the Museum of World War II, etc. The tranquility of the holiday resort inspired us to adapt a hit song lyric: "Ready for Mikoszewo"...
Overall, a strong recommendation for families seeking peace and interested in the landscape with the Vistula, the Baltic Sea, and the rich history and culture of our neighboring country.

Beautiful vacation time
We, Thomas, Kathrin, and dog Maja, spent 2.5 weeks in beautiful weather enjoying a relaxing and wonderful vacation with the Kosinski family. The house is top-notch and very well equipped. A beautiful large terrace invited us to relax. The large property is very well maintained, and Mrs. Kosinska takes great pleasure in beautifying it with many flowers. You can have wonderful conversations with the Kosinski family; both speak perfect German. One gains insight into what life is like in Poland and what concerns the people there have. We enjoyed our time with the Kosinskis very much, felt welcome, and would definitely recommend these houses. Anyone interested in history, the Freshwater Lagoon, and nature is also in the right place! However, a bit away in peaceful tranquility, Gdansk, Sopot, the Malbork Castle (an absolute highlight), and Frombork are easily accessible. We thank Ania and Mariusz very much for their hospitality and wish them many kind holiday guests.

Great holiday home for an individual vacation
The beautiful little holiday home was furnished with great attention to detail, so we immediately felt very comfortable. It is equipped with everything that is needed. The landlords lived in one of the houses and immediately asked if we needed anything else. They are very friendly and provided us with good tips, for example, where to get fresh bread rolls in the morning.
The house is located on a generous property, on which two other holiday homes are also located. Everything is very well maintained and invites you to linger. For each house, enough privacy has been provided. The cars can also be parked on the enclosed property. In addition, 6 bicycles are available free of charge to the holidaymakers. The cycle path through the forest starts a few meters from the house.
The beach is a leisurely 20-minute walk through the forest. The beach itself is natural and beautifully empty. There are no fast food stands, sunshade installations, or loud music there. The water is relatively shallow, making it great for children. The sand is very fine. We didn't need bathing shoes.
An absolute dream for tranquility-seeking Baltic Sea holidaymakers far away from mass tourism!

A completely successful vacation
We were able to spend our vacation in the lovingly and modernly furnished holiday home in Mikoszewo, which is centrally located (where there is a lot to discover all around). We didn't miss anything. It was very clean and furnished in new condition. Thanks to the very tastefully landscaped garden and the proximity to the forest, we could end the evenings comfortably on the terrace. The landlords are a very courteous and friendly couple (with very good German). They even helped with the mediation of a car workshop. After a walk in the forest, we were at the sea within 15 minutes and the very well-developed cycle path was a big plus for us. During our vacation, we visited Gdansk several times, visited the St Mary's Church, conquered the corn maze, and much more. The accommodation is suitable for excursion lovers, beach lovers, and nature lovers alike.
Thank you for the great time, we will be back!
