Now we would like to introduce you to the holiday home
Idyllic in summer and winter
The holiday home dates back to the 17th century and is located at the end of the village of Wohlbach in the Upper Vogtland region in a quiet and idyllic setting, surrounded by meadows and woods.
The typical Vogtland farmhouse has been renovated in recent times, but has still retained its original character. The holiday flat has a cosy living room in traditional Vogtland style.
Facilities
The house has eight beds, which are located in a total of four bedrooms. An extra bed is of course possible. Room 2 There is a renovated and modernly furnished bathroom with WC, shower and a corner bath, furthermore there is a separate WC.

Pets:
You are welcome to bring your pet with you, it can also be taken into the house. Your four-legged friend will also have enough room to run around, as the house is located in a large and fenced garden.

Pure relaxation
An old and very cozy holiday home with history in a great location.
We have vacationed here for the second time as a small family with our dogs and were able to relax wonderfully again.
The location of the holiday home is absolutely top if you like peace and nature.
The large fenced garden was great for our two dogs.

This environment is very quiet.
And the accommodation is very clean.
But very cold rooms in the whole holiday house.
So one can catch a cold.
But the hospitality is unfriendly. These prices are too expensive for the holiday house.
One overnight stay 50.00 euros.
Then you have to pay extra for electricity and water and for heating as well.
This is just a rip-off with this holiday house, and nothing else. Where in the other holiday homes everything is already included.
When you go there to stay overnight.
But in this holiday home, that was not the case.
Everything is charged extra.
And you have to pay for everything separately.
Water that you don't have to pay for in other holiday homes and apartments.
When you go on vacation there.
We will not enter this holiday home again.
Unfriendly just because people need a lot of warmth in the rooms.
Then you are immediately confronted, and it is said unfriendly. When people need a lot of warmth in the rooms.
So that one doesn't even need to come to the holiday home to the people.
We didn't like it.
Hospitality not normal.
Holiday home very cold rooms, heating broken.
Then you have to pay for everything extra.
Just a rip-off.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt nicht gefallen hat. Im gesamten Ferienhaus ist eine moderne Heizung, die ohne weiteres die Zimmer auf 25 Grad erwärmt.
Hier wurden leider wesentlich wärmere Zimmer benötigt.
Wir würden bitten, solche Anforderungen in Zukunft mit uns im Voraus zu besprechen, so dass wir Missverständnisse vermeiden können.

Very nice holiday home
We are a large family, 7 adults / 3 children and have already spent our second holiday in the Alte Schmiede holiday home. This year, just like the first time, we felt very comfortable there.
Mrs Uhlig is obliging and makes every effort to ensure that you want for nothing. She comes by every day to feed her cat, so that you also have a contact person.
The house is very big, the rooms are well divided and there are two nice bathrooms, one of them with a big corner bathtub. We were able to use the separate toilet when we were in the garden, you don't have to walk through the whole house, especially with children
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food for several people
The garden is huge and you can always find a shady spot, even in summer. The only thing that could be improved is a bigger and sturdier table so that several people can eat together
The area invites you to go for a walk and the peace and quiet is just wonderful. We didn't mind that there was no internet in or near the house, especially since Mrs. Uhlig had informed us about it beforehand. To make a phone call, you would have to walk a bit, but who needs a phone on holiday
Unfortunately, you have to drive a bit to go shopping, but that's the price you pay for being able to spend your holiday in a quiet spot, and we were happy to pay it

Rest and relaxation
An old, well-furnished great house with plenty of space outside as well. Nature to experience, songbirds, beautiful orchards, a lovely winding stream, and simply peace. Food in the kitchen like in grandmother's time.
Bad Elster and other beautiful places nearby.
A little hidden gem.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal hier als kleine Familie mit unseren Hunden Urlaub gemacht und konnten uns wieder super erholen.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist absolut top, wenn man die Ruhe und Natur mag.
Der umzäunte große Garten hat unseren zwei Hunden super gefallen.
Und die Untkunpft ist sehr sauber.
Aber sehr kalte Räume in den ganzen Ferienhaus.
So damit man sich eine Erkältung holt.
Aber die Gastfreundlichkeit ist unfreundlich. Diese Preise sind für das Ferienhaus zu teuer.
Einen Übernachtung 50,00 Euro.
Dann muß Du für diese Ferienhaus noch extra Strom und Wasser und für die Heizung noch extra bezahlen.
Das ist bei diesem Ferienhaus nur
abzocke,und nicht anderes.
Wo bei den anderen Ferienhäuser alles schon insgesamt mit drin ist.
Wenn dort hinfährt zu übernachten.
Aber bei diesem Ferienhaus waren es nicht der Fall.
Da wird alles extra abgerechnet.
Und da muß man alles extra bezahlen.
Wasser man bei anderen Ferienhaus und Ferienwohnungen nicht muss.
Wenn man dort Urlaub macht.
Dieses Ferienhaus betreten wir nicht mehr.
Unfreundlich nur weil Menschen viel wärme brauchen in den Zimmern.
Dann wird man gleich angegangen,und es wird unfreundlich gesagt.
Wenn Menschen viel wärme in den Zimmern brauchen.
Damit man garnicht erst kommen braucht zu den Ferienhaus zu den Leuten.
Uns hat es nicht gefallen.
Gastfreundlichkeit nicht normal.
Ferienhaus sehr kalte Räume ,Heizung kaputt.
Dann muß mann alles extra bezahlen.
Nur abzocke.

Frau Uhlig ist zuvorkommend und bemüht, damit es einen an nichts fehlt. Sie kommt jeden Tag vorbei um ihre Katze zu füttern, so daß man auch einen Ansprechpartnern hat.
Das Haus ist sehr groß, die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und es gibt zwei schöne Bäder, eins davon mit einer großen Eckbadewanne. Die seperate Toilette haben wir nutzen können, wenn wir im Garten waren, man läuft nicht erst durch das ganze Haus, besonders mit Kindern ist das praktisch.
In der Küche findet mal alles was man benötigt, um für mehrere Leute Essen zuzubereiten.
Der Garten ist riesig und man findet auch im Sommer immer einen schattigen Platz. Das einzige was man noch verbessern könnte, wäre ein größerer und stabilerer Tisch, damit mehrere Leute zusammen essen können.
Die Gegend lädt zum spazieren gehen ein und die Ruhe ist einfach nur herrlich. Das es im und in der Nähe vom Haus kein Internet gibt, fanden wir nicht schlimm, zumal Frau Uhlig uns vorher darüber informiert hat. Um telefonieren zu können, müsste man ein Stück laufen, aber wer braucht schon ein Telefon im Urlaub.
Zum einkaufen muss man leider etwas fahren, aber das ist der Preis dafür, dass man an einen ruhigen Fleckchen Urlaub machen kann, wir haben diesen gern bezahlt.
