Quietly located, slightly back from the road, the 88 square metre semi-detached house in Frisian house style offers lovingly and individually furnished holiday accommodation
On the ground floor is the living/dining area with a small, open kitchen, a separate utility room and guest WC. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds invite you to a restful sleep.
The bathroom is equipped with a nice shower and another WC. There is storage space for a lot of luggage in the hallway.
In front of the house, there is a parking space with charging facilities for electric cars on the enclosed property, which also offers protection for smaller children.
Behind the house, a small, sheltered terrace invites you to lie down or eat at the garden table.
A small outdoor fireplace ensures cosy evenings and barbecue fun.

Location and surroundings of object
The idyllic, small fishing village of Lemkenhafen with its popular fish smokehouse with a rustic ambience at the tables in the smokehouse, where you can watch the smoking process, and the pretty outdoor area where you can eat your freshly smoked fish directly on the water are only a few minutes away by bike.
It is also not far from the small harbour in Ort with its restaurants and small shops and the popular surfer's paradise. For nature lovers, the Wallnau bird sanctuary is nearby, and for those who like to go shopping after a day at the beach, the "island capital" Burg is only a few minutes' drive away
For a short trip to Denmark, you can take the car ferry from Puttgarden to Rødby in half an hour.
The nearby village of Petersdorf offers shopping facilities for daily needs.

If the tenant is unable to commence the agreed rental, they must inform the landlord as early as possible. The following cancellation policies apply: Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date: Refund of 50% of the trip price. Cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date: Refund of 25% of the trip price. Cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date: Refund of 10% of the trip price. However, if a new lease is obtained by us following a cancellation and payment on your part, we will gladly refund the rent already paid, provided that we can rent it at the same price; otherwise, the difference in rent will be charged. We do not want to profit from you!

Family vacation with a toddler
Very beautiful house. Good location. Shopping facilities in the nearest village about 1 km away. We were completely satisfied. Very friendly landlord. The request for a child safety gate at the top of the stairs was fulfilled upon arrival. We would love to come back. Perfect with a small child, everything fenced, play tower and sandbox in the garden.

Beautiful recommended accommodation in the west of Fehmarn.
It is a nearly new small semi-detached house for a cozy vacation on Fehmarn. The description of the accommodation in the listing is complete and accurate. The open kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. Worth mentioning are the barbecue area on the terrace and the fireplace in the living room, so there is really nothing standing in the way of a cozy and relaxing stay on Fehmarn at any time of the year.
Contact with the friendly and helpful landlord was made on-site by phone and was always possible - there were no problems.
Shopping and supply options are available nearby in sufficient numbers - more for the ambitious on foot; however, a bicycle or car is recommended.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the accommodation.
The nearest beach can also be easily reached by car or bicycle, and there are plenty of parking options available - the beach chair rental and beach kiosk there are highly recommended (friendly, clean, affordable).
Conclusion after a week's vacation stay: Clear recommendation.

We already loved going to Fehmarn with our children and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the sunny island. We both live in Hamburg with our families, but also spend a lot of time on the other side of the village pond ;-) In Hamburg, the family has had experience renting out 2 small holiday flats for a few years now. The guests are very satisfied and so there is also the "Superhost" status. We are happy to offer our guests on the sunny island of Fehmarn a nice holiday flat as well and wish them a pleasant stay.
