Servus and hello,
that you feel *like Daham* is close to our hearts!

In the market town of Dietenhofen, in the Frankenhöhe Nature Park in Romantic Franconia, centrally located between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nuremberg, our lovingly furnished holiday flat (suitable for 3 - 4 guests) has 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with sofa bed (space for 2 people), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in everyday life, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The living area is approx. 52 m², free WiFi and a free parking space.

For a good start into the day, you have your own large terrace directly in front of your flat. After an eventful day of holiday or work, you can end the day in our small cosy saloon.
Our holiday guests can use the garden, a *whirlpool (from May to Sep. from a booking of at least 6 days for *all use), a campfire site and a barbecue area.

In addition to you and your family, your beloved four-legged friend is also welcome.

Ideal for vacation with a dog

We with our dog Mia felt very comfortable with the Kaden family, who are very helpful, among other things! The welcome was very warm. For us, it was a totally relaxed vacation, as Mia could run around freely due to the fenced property. We will definitely come back!!!

Many thanks to the Kaden family for the warm welcome with fresh flowers and champagne upon our arrival at the holiday apartment at Moosweiher. A very well-maintained and beautiful holiday apartment with great amenities. Coffee, filters, tea, spices, and the necessary equipment were available. The fridge was stocked with water, coffee cream, eggs, jam, honey, and sausage, ham, and cheese - we have never experienced or had that in any holiday apartment before. Our little four-legged friend was also well taken care of, with a dog bed, blankets, bowls, welcome treats, and a dog toy included. The dog can play safely in the fenced garden - a great idea. Thank you also for the lovely bonfire and the use of the great saloon - a really cool idea. All in all, a very nice holiday with opportunities for bike tours or trips by car. Both are feasible and recommended. Thank you again for the wonderful week.

Super beautiful vacation apartment with very loving hosts

The vacation apartment was very lovingly decorated, well equipped, and very child-friendly. We didn't miss anything. The hosts were very friendly and available to answer any questions at any time. The garden that we used every day was very large and well-maintained. We even had a welcome gift and some candy and ice cream upon our arrival at the apartment. We will definitely spend our vacation there again. Many thanks to the Kaden family.
P.s. We even forgot something in the accommodation that we didn't even notice, and the Kaden family sent it to us.

Beautiful days in the vacation rental

We spent a few wonderful days in the holiday apartment. Everything was perfect...from the inquiry/reservation...arrival to departure. The landlords are very friendly and always available if you have any questions or similar. The holiday apartment is very well equipped... there is nothing missing. The apartment is nicely furnished and always cool even at high temperatures. We felt very comfortable and can really recommend it.

Improvements

Overall, we were very satisfied. What I have to criticise is that the bed/bed frame is unstable. In the bedroom, the double bed is directly against the wall, so that getting out of bed is only possible for the person lying in front. The light switch is a bit inconveniently placed, not directly at the bed but at the entrance to the bedroom. Unfortunately, there is also no light switch placed in the entrance area to the flat. The cutting knives in the kitchen are a bit blunt

Great and quiet location;
Well-furnished apartment with beautiful ambience; Cosy; Highly recommended for guests with pets (dog, cat.....)
Garden and "saloon" for shared use
(wooden hut cosily furnished)
Campfire possibility,
Whirlpool use during the summer months until the end of September.
Nice and very hospitable landlords.
I have stayed here twice with my dog and will continue to do so.

A great weekend in a sophisticated holiday flat

We spent a few great days in the flat as a family, it was modern and lovingly furnished in detail. The garden and the terrace are inviting for a cosy breakfast or evening.
The hosts were very kind and welcomed us very nicely.
Everything you could wish for was there and we felt completely at home.
The way to the Playmobilfunpark is not far away
The location is perfect, in the village there are shopping possibilities and also great restaurants to end the evening with a cosy meal.
We would gladly book this flat again.
