In cooler temperatures, the wood-burning stove warms the living areas. Tall trees around the property protect against strong sunlight in summer. Unfortunately, the wall box for charging our electric car did not work. Recommendations: The nearby beach of the North Sea from Nymindegab is nice. The supermarket in Bork Havn has practically everything needed for provisions.

The house already shows that it is somewhat aged. The condition is certainly still good, but one should, for example, lay a new carpet in the dining area. The property is nice and well-maintained. Recommendations: The harbor of Bork Havn is beautiful and quickly accessible. Hvide Sande has very nice shopping options. Sondervig is a bit further away, about 45 minutes, but it is definitely worth it.
