Well-located year-round house, renovated in 2022, located only about 1300 meters from Limfjorden at Toftum Bjerge with a child-friendly beach. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The vacation home also offers activities for the whole family, where you can spend many enjoyable hours together, including billiards, table tennis, and electronic darts. The house offers a renovated modern kitchen with a gas stove, separate oven with grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, so you can stream your own TV services. Bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet. Guest bathroom with bath and toilet. The house has four bedrooms, three of which have comfortable double beds and one of which has two comfortable single beds. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The house has an open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. There is also a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages and marshmallows or baking bread on a stick. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. It is a big one level house with a garden. We were there for Christmas and didn t enjoy the garden but if you come during summer, it must be nice using the garden. / Neighbours are close but it wasn t annoying such as the very small railway station close to the house. We could slightly hear the small train but it was not at all a problem. / The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. / The beds are big and comfortable. / The bathroom is nice but we could have appreciated one more bathroom.
