Modern and well-located holiday home not far from the coast and the beach. It is situated in the scenic Lodskovvad area, close to the charming harbor town of Aalbaek. The surroundings offer peace and quiet with walking and cycling paths through the natural landscape, some of which lead down to the sandy shoreline. The holiday home is well designed and functional, providing both a guest toilet and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Guests can enjoy wellness and relaxation directly in the house, without needing to drive anywhere. The practical kitchen area is open to the living room, making it the ideal place for family life, meals together, or relaxing by the fire. There are three comfortable bedrooms with good beds, as well as a loft area that children will enjoy as a play space. The bunk bed is large enough for adults, and the loft is easily accessible via a proper staircase. The layout makes this home suitable for both families with children and groups of adults who want a well-equipped base close to nature. Outdoors, guests are treated to a very spacious terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can sit outside even when the sun is strong or when a cool breeze blows. The outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying summer evenings, barbecues, or simply relaxing in the fresh coastal air. No rental to youth groups is allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

This place was exactly what we needed for a family vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living room was perfect for relaxing. We found a few nice restaurants nearby, like Mammas Pizza, which was a hit with the kids.

The location in Ålbæk was quite peaceful, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed by how quiet it was, despite the proximity to the main road. It is a great base for exploring the nearby attractions, although we especially enjoyed the time we spent in the house. Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway!
