This charming, older holiday home is set in a picturesque location near Rude Strand, just 100 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. The large plot offers several cozy outdoor seating areas, sheltered from wind or sun, providing plenty of space for relaxation. Children can freely play around the garden, and the fully enclosed grounds make it ideal for dogs to roam safely. While the house is simple and rustic in style, it is functional and comfortable for a relaxing holiday. Inside, the spacious living room features a wood-burning stove and opens onto a conservatory, perfect for dining in any weather. From here, you can also enjoy views of the fenced garden while the children play outside. The separate kitchen connects to a covered outdoor kitchen with a sink and a fish filleting station, making it easy to prepare fresh seafood or family meals. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, provide restful sleeping arrangements for guests. Outside, a large open terrace invites you to soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property’s location offers both seclusion and convenience: Aarhus is just a 30-minute drive away, while the town of Odder is only 10 minutes by car. Cottage not clean. Many spiders, wasps and mosquitoes in the cottage. Interior quite outdated. Wifi works perfectly and is free! Nice location at 150m from the sea.
