One can tell that the house is to be sold. It could use some renovation again. The location is good, the basic fittings are also fine. Good layout of the rooms. The kitchen is very good. One bathroom is not fully usable (the shower does not get properly warm and the sink is too small and the water does not drain well). Recommendations: One can tell that the house is to be sold. Beautiful, quiet location near the beach. The house is very friendly and bright, has everything you need, and a very good layout.
