The summer house has not completely new but cozy and practical furniture. The kitchen is quite simple. But everything needed is there. For the household, there are two central waste disposal sites in the settlement, where the waste is sorted. I researched this on the internet. A tip with a location map of the waste sites would have been helpful here. One should keep an eye on the consumption of the electric heating during the cold season. The summer house is not very well insulated - just a summer house :) The view is beautiful. On the terrace, you sit sheltered from the wind and can really enjoy it.

For the household, there are two central garbage disposal sites in the settlement, where the waste is sorted. I researched that on the internet. A tip with a map of the garbage sites would have been helpful here. One should keep an eye on the consumption of the electric heating during the cold season. The summer house is not very well insulated - just a summer house :) The view is beautiful. On the terrace, you sit sheltered from the wind and can really enjoy it. Recommendations: A little east of the holiday home settlement, there is a nice café on a large meadow.

The house is characterized by its exposed location in the midst of untouched nature. The sun can be enjoyed there all day long. From the large veranda and almost all rooms, one looks out at the sea. The furnishings are simple, the kitchen is individual and functional. Cleaning the outdoor area would be a good idea. The same applies to some areas inside the house. An information folder about the holiday home would be helpful. Urgent improvement is needed for waste disposal. It is an absolute imposition for the holiday guests to carry the separately collected waste to the central collection point at the small harbor of Bakkerne (just over a kilometer from the house). Even the technician commissioned by DanCenter could not find out where the water, set far too hot, came from. A boiler/instantaneous water heater was not to be found, and the electricity consumption was correspondingly high, heating - partly underfloor heating without an information folder absolutely unmanageable. The employee left without accomplishing anything. But he was very friendly. Unfortunately, he also did not have a replacement toilet seat with him because the toilet seat of the only toilet in the house was broken and already taped with GaffaTape(! ! !) upon our arrival. We would rather not think about the hygiene of this "repair"... But all the employees we had contact with were very nice and helpful. That was it, as they could not provide any assistance. It's a shame and completely incomprehensible to me how one can let a beautiful house in such a good location deteriorate like this.
