Casa Rosalia has a good building fabric and is simply but functionally furnished. There are balconies all facing the lake, a roof terrace and a large di Sogno is 2 km south of Malcesine. There is a very nice quiet bathing bay here, which is mostly free to use and has no traffic. Casa Rosalia is 60 metres above the lake, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. You will receive half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 20 days before the planned check-in by 12:00 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 20 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund. We will try to rent the vacation home to someone else. If successful, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Very beautiful time
We felt very comfortable with both of them and enjoyed the time. The description of the apartment is accurate and the apartment was very clean and nice and functionally furnished. The access to the house is a bit laborious, as indicated in the description, but manageable.
