Welcome to the comfortable 1.5-room apartment "Nele" with sea view and balcony! This inviting apartment offers a living area and a bunk room with two single beds. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen is perfect for self-catering, and the apartment has a modern shower room with a floor-level shower and toilet.
The spacious balcony is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers impressive panoramic views of the beach and the Baltic Sea. A flat-screen TV with cable connection and free Wi-Fi provide your media supply.
The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space, which is only suitable for small cars. Additional free parking spaces are available around the residential complex, although they may occasionally become scarce in the summer.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available there, and there is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.

we are here for the first time and thrilled by the location of the apartment. you can walk directly to the beach with the paddleboard under your arm, which is great. it takes 20 minutes by bike to get to Flensburg harbor or the city center. the route there is also easy to ride, first through the forest along the water and then you speed downhill into the city. the apartment itself is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need, and the balcony is big enough for two people. we will definitely come back again.

this is our first time here and we are thrilled with the location of the flat. By bike it's 20 minutes to Flensburg harbour or the city centre. and the way there is also good to ride, first through the forest along the water and then you whiz downhill into the city. the flat itself is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and the balcony is also big enough for two people. We will definitely come back again.

The location of the flat is excellent. You can get to the harbour by bike in 15 to 20 minutes, and the path leads directly along the waterfront in places. With the sup under your arm, you can go straight to the beach - great. The flat is comfortably furnished and big enough for 2 people. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. We felt very comfortable.
