The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny waterfront location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Szántód. The holiday home is located on a 450 sqm open garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is not closed with a fence from one side. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
