This charming apartment on the shores of Lake Maggiore offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Guests can enjoy a beautiful private garden, a shared swimming pool and breathtaking lake views. Ideal for couples or families, the apartment is surrounded by nature while still being within easy walking distance of the village center, where you’ll find shops, restaurants and everything you need for daily groceries.
The area is perfect for outdoor lovers, with several golf courses nearby and plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling (bikes can be rented locally). On warm summer days, you can rent a motorboat or kayak and explore the lake from the water, perhaps stopping in one of the many charming lakeside towns. Families with young children will appreciate the option to rent a cot and high chair. Parking is available, and public transport can be reached just 3 km from the residence if you wish to leave the car behind for a day.
Lake Maggiore is famous for its elegant villas, lush botanical gardens and picturesque villages such as Stresa, Verbania and Cannobio. The surrounding mountains and islands offer unforgettable scenery, cultural sights and endless opportunities for day trips and excursions.

Location and surroundings of object
Attractive residential complex located against the mountains that surround Lago Maggiore. Comprising around thirty dwellings in several different buildings, with modern furnishings. These are all fully equipped and make for a comfortable stay. Each dwelling features either a balcony or private terrace.
Marvellous views are afforded from this location since it is located above the lake, in particular the swimming pool with its lakeside panorama. Although this is a serene, isolated spot, close to the woods, it is a ca. 2km from the lake and a the town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. The lake also boasts a comunal beach and motor boat, canoe, kayak and mountain bike hire. Several golf clubs and trekking routes are to be found in the vicinity.
This makes the perfect break for those in search of rest and relaxation, but also for those wishing to visit the lake and surrounding area. The climate is mild and is similar to that of the Ligurian Riviera.
Attractive residential complex with panoramic views. Featuring, amongst other things a swimming pool with views over Lago Maggiore. Offering a tranquil location and a comfortable atmosphere.
- The road from the lake to the residence is typical of rural lakeside zones, where terraced farmland once covered the area. This road is therefore somewhat narrow, although it may still be used. Please keep this in mind when driving.
- This residence is not suggested for people who have trouble with walking, since it is built against a hill and the apartments are partially reachable by stairs.

+check-in quick and uncomplicated, super beautiful view of the lake from the entire facility, enough parking spaces at the accommodation, great support from Mattia and Elena, practical bread service, large holiday apartment, great pool perfect for cooling off on warm days. The facility itself is very well maintained. The elevator is also a great relief and an experience - shower is outdated and toilet seat needs to be replaced. Mattresses in the bedroom had stains. Unfortunately, there are many ants, which made storing food (cookies, fruit, muesli...) a bit more difficult. Despite the negative points, we would definitely go there again.
