Description
Holiday home Karins Stuga (with jacuzzi and sauna), with fenced terrace. This house is located by the forest on its own natural plot of 1200m². In Svenstorp there is a lake with a bathing beach, where you can go swimming.
As in all holiday homes:
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
In Sweden, street shoes are not worn in the house. We also ask you not to wear street shoes in our house.
The holiday home has a living room with open kitchen, fireplace / wood stove. This house has a large terrace and part of the garden with a fence.
Here too there is a DVD player, satellite TV with Dutch and German channels, and games for children.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Price 2 persons per week from low season €875,- / 2 persons high season €1190,- / 2 persons Christmas €950,- + €140,- cleaning. Each extra person + €60,- per week

They come from Hamburg on the E22/E47 direction Puttgarden and take the ferry after Roedby. To the arrival Roedby drive you on the E47 to Helsingoer. There you take the ferry after Helsingborg. Into Helsingborg you drive on the direction Stockholm. Behind Åstorp you drive off of the E4 on the 21 toward Kristianstad. If you left Perstorp, there is only 7 km after Vaestra Torup. Approximately 500m after the place name sign bend you to the left off toward Roeke. Now you already are on our road, the Roekevaegen. After the church there is only 200m to us the l yellow house on the left, number 17
is Hoefijzergård. Here you collect the key of the hollidayhouse. 20km from Hässleholm
