Well-located summer house with a view of the water, located only about 400 meters from the Limfjord with a child-friendly beach. The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as opportunities for play. The summer house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy and windy autumn evenings.The kitchen has a ceramic stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker.Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. In addition, there is an alcove with two normal full-size beds with a fantastic view of the Limfjord/area. There is also a loft, which is perfect for playing. The house offers several open terraces with garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. There is also a closed/covered terrace where you can seek shelter if the weather is not suitable for the other terraces. The vacation home is also located opposite the area's large playground, where you can keep an eye on the children while the rest of the family relaxes on the terrace. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Der Mix aus alter und moderner Ausstattung. Schönes Grundstück. Raumaufteilung. Die Umgebung und Lage. Empfehlungen: Die Røgeri im Ort produziert höchste Qualität. Die Landstraßen der Umgebung laden zu Rundfahrten ein. Farsø als Nachbarstadt eignet sich gut zum Shopping, auch die Waren in den Second-Hand-Läden sind von guter Qualität und echte Schnäppchen.

"Quiet location, close to the water and next to the playground, suitable for families with children. . . . one should not have too high expectations of a ""bathroom"" or a stylish kitchen setup. The bathroom is no more than a guest toilet with a tiny shower, and in the kitchen, one improvises. The house has plenty of toys. . ." however unsorted and almost somewhat concealed it appears little cared for as a whole and yet each picture, each decorative piece has its story... perhaps one is visiting a Danish Pettersson family...

We felt very comfortable. The beautiful large living room window was wonderful. Especially for the beautiful sunsets. The path to the fjord was great. A completely hidden forest path that you could also walk without shoes (400m). Just keep left over the playground meadow.
