The south-facing property is located on the scenic wild peninsula of Pelješac, which is sparsely inhabited. No tourist hustle and bustle. Opposite are the islands of Mljet and Korčula to the south (accessible for excursions by scheduled ferries), and Hvar to the north. Island feeling, nevertheless accessible by car. From summer 2022 on the new bridge from the mainland. Then, except for the last 60 km, all highway. Nearest airports Split (4 hours drive away) or Dubrovnik (one and a half hours drive away). Pick up possible.
