Description
On a picturesque lake in the Masuria, is the remote forest and meadow property Jandra. There the motto is "slow down".
You can swim and paddle, observe the flora and fauna, fish, pick mushrooms and berries, or simply watch the clouds and listen to the whispering of the leaves under the birch trees. People looking for peace and relaxation, but also families who like to be outside with their children, love the water and the little adventures are in good hands here
Facilities:
House Jandra 1 has a living area of about 200 m², distributed over two levels. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is therefore ideal for families and larger groups. The first floor includes a large living room with fireplace, TV and satellite system, open kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with two single beds pushed together - and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. From all rooms on the first floor doors lead to the terrace, which extends around the entire building. The 1st floor includes four bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds and two rooms each with a single bed. Also here is a bathroom with bath, shower bath and toilet
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as an old stove to be heated with wood. In the basement there is a table tennis table, which invites you to play.
The lake with private jetty and landing stage, is located about 100 m from the house. The access to the lake is slightly sloping. In the water, the sandy bottom offers a pleasant entrance into the water. On the jetty you can fish, read or just laze
Sports facilities:
For outdoor stays and activities, the house has garden furniture, a rowboat and two kayaks. The surrounding forest offers space for long walks. In front of the house is a campfire site, which invites you to relax in the evening.
Surroundings:
Smaller purchases can be done in the village store (about 5 km), in the district town of Mrągowo (18 km) you can get everything you need to live, whether in the supermarket, delicatessens or at the weekly market. There you can also refuel, enjoy regional specialties in the café or restaurant or visit the town museum. In the neighborhood, in the village of Borowski Las, there is the possibility of horseback riding. Something very special is to row across the lake for an ice cream or dinner to stop at the "Hotel in the Park".

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is located on a 12 ha forest and meadow property, directly on the lake Lampasz, near the village Maradki. On our property is a second smaller cottage, which can also be rented together and thus up to 12-14 people can spend their vacations together.
The next bigger town, in about 20 minutes by car, is Mrągowo. There you will find all important stores for daily needs. Olsztyn is about 1 h away from the vacation home and invites you to stroll, sightseeing or shopping.
For guests interested in history, the Wolf's Lair, Hitler's former military position center in the East, is about 1 h drive away.

If you cancel your booking of our vacation home up to 28 days before the planned arrival, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the rental price or to retain the deposit.
