very nice location, about 1 km from florenne (shops), houseboat is located on a pond in the middle of the woods. Friendly owners, who also live on the domain, but there is also another holiday home on the domain. Had a very pleasant week. Fished a lot.

In the evenings, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, listening to the sounds of the forest and stargazing from the roof. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy, and the dining area was perfect for family gatherings. Besides that, we loved the proximity to charming restaurants in the city—Le Moderne had delicious options! Definitely a place we would like to return to.

The stay is very quietly located, in a beautiful environment! The sanitary facilities are separate from the accommodation and are basic, but very clean. The boat itself could use some renovation here and there, especially the kitchenette: the dishes and cutlery are a mixed bag (and not really clean upon arrival) and the appliances definitely need to be replaced! The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay!
