Villa Lerant is an elegant and modern property with a private wellness area that can accommodate up to 9 people.
The villa is on one floor and is furnished with care, offering cosy rooms equipped with all comforts.
The villa consists of:
- a large living room with sofa, fireplace, TV and dining table, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pool and the sea thanks to the large French window overlooking the garden;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, with access to the porch overlooking the sea equipped for outdoor dining;
- a laundry room with washing machine;
- a bathroom with shower, accessible from the laundry room and from the outside;
- a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower;
- a double bedroom (a passage room between the adjacent double bedroom and the living room);
- a bedroom with a double bed, a single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower;
- a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
From the garden you can access the villa's wellness area, with a sauna, a whirlpool tub capable of reproducing the chemical-physical characteristics of the thermal waters, a bed of Himalayan pink salt, a bathroom with shower and some gym equipment. The wellness area can accommodate a maximum of 5 people at the same time.
This villa is located in an extremely panoramic position, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and the Marche hills.
The elegant swimming pool overlooks the beautiful landscape of the Adriatic coast and is equipped with a shallow water area with hydro-massage, also suitable for children, and Roman steps, and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, ideal for enjoying moments of absolute relaxation.
The garden is the ideal place to relax in complete privacy, both by the pool and in the large porch equipped with sofas, table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining and a gas barbecue.
In the well-kept garden that surrounds the villa there is also a children's play area with slide, swing and small house.
Furthermore, from the garden you can take a path that winds through the greenery of the hill adjacent to the villa, for a restoring walk from which you can admire the coast and the surrounding rolling hills.
The property is fully fenced and boasts private parking. The villa is accessed via an automatic gate.

Villa Lerant is located in a hilly position near Acquaviva Picena, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in the south of the Marche region.
The villa is located in a quiet area that also allows you to reach the nearby Adriatic coast in a few minutes by car.
The beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto are only 4km away from the villa. In this renowned seaside resort of the famous Riviera delle Palme you will find a beautiful promenade with long beaches of fine sand and shallow waters, lined with pine forests, palm trees and cycle paths. Here and in the nearby town of Grottammare you can also spend pleasant evenings choosing from numerous restaurants and chalets on the beach.
The villa is located just 5 minutes by car from Acquaviva Picena, a picturesque village that stands on a hill and is famous for the Fortress of Acquaviva, a majestic medieval fortress. In addition to Acquaviva Picena, in the surroundings it is possible to visit charming historic villages of the Piceno area including Ripatransone, also known as the "Belvedere del Piceno", and Offida, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
The medieval city of Ascoli Piceno, which is about 30 minutes by car from the villa, is also definitely worth a visit, for a walk through the streets of the historic center of the "City of a hundred towers", among beautiful churches and ancient buildings.
This area of Marche region is renowned for the production of fine wines including Rosso Piceno DOC, Offida Pecorino DOCG, Offida Passerina DOCG and Falerio DOC, which you can taste at the numerous wineries in the area.
