* This beautiful 75 m² holiday apartment with private entrance is located on the first floor of a large house in Plouguerneau, in the Pays des Abers region (Finistère, Brittany). It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The location is exceptionally peaceful. All the rooms, as well as the expansive 8,500 m² garden, offer breathtaking sea views. Many of our guests particularly appreciate the tranquility, the natural setting, and the proximity to the coast.

The pure Brittany joy
As "lovers" of Brittany, we had planned for the last two weeks of June 2017 to explore northern Brittany and came across the property of the Le Gac family in Plouguerneau during our internet research.
What should I say?
The detailed description of the property and the positive feedback from other vacationers had raised our expectations and our anticipation for two relaxing (yet varied) weeks in Finistère was correspondingly high. The warm welcome by the owner couple, the impressive property - located in a wonderful and very well-maintained park - as well as the guest apartment that fully matched the description:
Our expectations were more than met!
The special charm and unique flair of the "Vent du Large" comes from the immediate access to the "Zöllnerpfad," which allows hikers to easily explore the charming Breton coastal landscape. Clean and well-maintained bathing beaches alternate with impressive rocky coastlines, making the heart of every "sea lover" beat faster! Plouguerneau and the surrounding villages offer an infrastructure with shopping options, markets, and restaurants that provide interesting and culturally as well as culinarily stimulating and pleasant (… also tasty) impressions even on "less sunny days." After two weeks, saying goodbye to Madame and Monsieur Le Gac and their wonderful estate was difficult for us, and we are already hoping to see them again in one of the coming years!

Enchanting Brittany
Dear Madame Le Gac, dear Monsieur Le Gac,
our review comes late, but we have not forgotten the wonderful vacation in your house in Brittany. I have never had a more beautiful view while cooking. The well-maintained, huge garden, a park, the sea, the evening walks directly from there to G 34, we never encountered anyone on that stretch. Dreamlike sunsets, in the morning the view of the sea always different. Just as Brittany is described. And to that your kindness. The Breton cake and tea at the beginning, our evening with champagne and good entertainment for four, with much interesting information that you shared with us, and in the end, your warm farewell. Finistère from the best side
Beautiful house in a dreamlike, lovingly maintained huge park garden by the landlords - and the garden gate leads directly to the sea. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, is extremely well-kept and very cozy. The residential area is a bit outside of Plouguernau, which as a nice tourist town offers numerous shopping opportunities and a weekly market. Along the coastline, there is a hiking trail that entices on both sides to sandy coves with swimming opportunities - as long as the weather and the tide cooperate. The Le Gac couple is incredibly nice and equally dedicated to contributing to a beautiful holiday. WORTH A - LONG - JOURNEY!

Great holiday apartment
It was really great. Nice apartment with very beautiful grounds right by the sea, the sandy beach is not very far away either. Friendly landlords. Anytime again! It was hard to leave there, we liked it so much.

free time activities: Direkt vor der Türe ein Wanderweg, ansonsten hat es sehr viele Ausflugsziele nicht weit weg.
shopping facilities: Supermarkt 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto weg, absolut ausreichend und gutes Angebot. Also einkaufen = bequem erreichbar

The apartment and the garden are very well-kept and clean. The landlords are friendly and helpful. Right behind the garden is a hiking trail and the sea. It is about 500m to the beach.
