Description
The house, a terraced corner house with a small garden is built so that you have no direct contact with neighbors . The living-dining-kitchen area, equipped with a bar with leather chairs, a chic dining area, leather furniture (all after renovation from mid-March) , TV, air conditioning, large panoramic window onto a light-filled south-facing terrace with its own garden. On the first mezzanine is a bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with window. Half a floor further, a covered outdoor walkway leads to a walled north terrace. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with panoramic balconies (south facing with views of the sea and the mountain to the west). For both bedrooms there is another bathroom with window. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Due to the layout of the bedrooms with the bathrooms, the house is also usable for two parties.

Location and surroundings of object
Porto Corallo is located about 35 km north of the Costa Rei. Via a country road, passing by the stagno "sa praia" (saltwater pond with interesting bird life), one passes the southernmost beach with a beautiful dune landscape (in high season it offers many parking spaces), passes by a tranquil harbor (Marina di Villaputzu) with an ancient watchtower , and has a view of a second beach, which ends with a beautiful bar (Velo Sport). Further north, a landscape offset with cliffs gives the coast its unique beauty
The various "condomini" ( residential complexes) are nestled in the mountain landscape and alternate with pine, maquis and eucalyptus forests
The daily necessities of life ( grocery store, bakery, restaurants, bars, many versch. Sport. Activities) are centrally located, just a few minutes walk away. If you need something out of the ordinary, two typical Sardinian villages are just a short drive from Porto Corallo.

Great house to feel comfortable in.
We had two wonderful weeks in Porto Corallo. The house is perfectly divided, the well-maintained garden invites you to linger, and the great view from the balcony is unbeatable. An absolute plus is the proximity to the sea. For smaller shopping, there is a little shop available nearby; otherwise, you can find everything you need in the nearby Villaputzu. A heartfelt thank you to the landlady for this fantastic vacation!

Quiet location with great panoramic view
The house is located in a very beautiful and quiet area. There is plenty of space for the whole family. From the balcony on the upper floor, there is a magnificent view of the sea. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything is really available, from Bluetooth speakers to plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Both rocky and sandy beaches can be found here. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket in the area. The landlady is very attentive and has furnished the house with attention to detail. Absolute recommendation!

Gem to relax
Idyllically furnished house with lots of love in an ideal location to relax. The layout allows for a family vacation as well as with friends. The first coffee is enjoyed on the balcony with a view of the sea, followed by breakfast on the terrace - also in the sun. In a few minutes you can be on warm rocks by the crystal clear sea, a little further there is the sandy beach. An excellent restaurant with Sardinian cuisine, tables in the garden and a sea view provides for the physical well-being. A small bar with excellent delicacies and craft beer invites you to snack. Trips to the surrounding area, to the beaches of Costa Rei or to the charming interior are recommended. The nearest supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car. The landlady is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. A gem at this time of year to relax away from the hustle and bustle!

Pure relaxation
The house with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms offers plenty of space for a family with several children or two parties. A really rich kitchen equipment does not always force you out of the house? (but there are also plenty of eating places, many within walking distance). Our favourite place was the balcony, which offers a great view of the sea. In only 5 min. you can walk to the sea and in another 5 min. to the 1st beach. There are 2 very nice bars on the way there. The actual centre is a few minutes walk away. By car, other great beaches can be reached in about 5-15 min, parking is no problem. A very varied environment invites you to a variety of sports (cycling, surfing, boating, hiking...). We felt very well and relaxed in this quiet place.
