Small and cosy is our newly renovated studio flat "Kiekut 1".
With its 20m², it is perfect for you alone or as a couple if you do not have large space requirements, but do not want to do without comfort.
The bright and lovingly furnished holiday flat in the attic of the holiday house with a total of three flats, located on the edge of Maasholm Bad, invites you to spend your most beautiful time of the year directly at the Baltic Sea and Schlei.
The flat has one room, which is very well thought-out and offers you a sleeping area with a cosy double bed (1.4m x 2m) and an integrated kitchen-living room, which is equipped with everything you need to be culinary creative on holiday. Of course, the flat has a modern shower bathroom for your sole use.

The flat has its own garden, which is for your exclusive use, as well as a parking space.

Since there are a total of three flats (Kiekut 2 + Kiekut 3) of different sizes in the house, it is possible to spend holidays with friends or multi-generational holidays where everyone has their own retreat.

Location and surroundings of object

The house with a total of three holiday flats is located in a settlement, only 2 km away from the picturesque fishing village of Maasholm. The Schlei is about 800 m away and the Baltic Sea beach only about 400 m. nbsp] Directly from the house you can go on long and short hikes or bike tours. There are storage facilities for bicycles you have brought with you or borrowed.
Enjoy the unspoilt nature in the nearby Geltinger Birk, visit the smallest town in Germany - Arnis, the country doctor in Deekelsen, Gottorf Castle in Schleswig or the Vikings in Haitabu.
The city of Flensburg and the border to Denmark are about 45 km to the north.
Maasholm is a small idyllic fishing village directly on and between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei, which has managed to retain its tranquil character to this day. Sailing school, surfing school, deep-sea fishing, walking route, cycling paths, various restaurants and a fish smokehouse, a visit to the nature experience centre and, of course, the Baltic Sea beach are just a small selection of the possibilities for organising your stay in Maasholm. The long-distance cycle path Viking-Friesenweg also ends and starts in Maasholm and leads to Sankt Peter Ording.

Rating single flat

The flat was really very nicely equipped, but a bit out of the way. It would be great for all tenants if the loud closing noises of the front door could be turned off.
