A very beautiful large apartment with a big balcony and a wonderful view of the lake. Very quiet. A bit difficult the narrow access road, which can mostly only be driven by a car. Parking space requires practice. Care by Marina worked smoothly.

The apartment is really very high up on the mountain - a car is absolutely necessary. The view is very good, however. The cleanliness of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is very dusty, somewhat neglected, and worn out (e.g. curtains and cushions are broken and torn). Additionally, we found the smell in the apartment, especially in the bedroom, very unpleasant. Fly screens would also be advisable, as we could hardly sleep due to the mosquitoes.

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment was spotless and the layout was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the nearby parks, especially Villa Pallavicino.

If you're looking for peace and tranquility, this is the spot! The quiet surroundings and beautiful garden were a highlight, Just a short drive to the scenic Lido Beach Club Baveno as well
