Flat No. 1 comfortably accommodates 4 people and is also suitable for a longer stay with children due to its comfortable layout and extensive equipment. The rooms extend over 80 sqm on the 1st floor. The atmosphere in the rooms is characterised by a lot of freshly renovated half-timbering with beams and clay infill as well as a light wooden floor. A large balcony overlooking the garden invites you to relax.

The farm is located on the outskirts of the village with a view of the surrounding mountains. All parts of the Vordere Sächsische Schweiz and Hintere Sächsische Schweiz are within easy reach by car, and there is a bus stop in the village. Two of the most beautiful hiking trails of the mountains cross directly in front of our farm: the Malerweg, Germany's most popular hiking trail, and the Panoramaweg leading from Bad Schandau to Saupsdorf. Other wildly romantic hiking tours start right outside our front door. Our listed farm is located in the municipality of Kirnitzschtal, a state-recognised resort in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the "Saxon Switzerland". The district of Altendorf is a 500-year-old, idyllic village of forest farms, situated above the Elbe valley on a sunny plain between the deeply incised valleys of the Kirnitzsch and Sebnitz rivers. It is 3 km from Bad Schandau, directly on the route of the historic High Road to Bohemia. Five hundred metres from the house is the Adamsberg with a fascinating panoramic view over Saxon Switzerland.
