Just great
Very nice landlords, extremely clean flat, very nice large property, heavenly peace. You don't even need to go to the lake, you can also lie by the house's own koi pond. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place to stay, this is the place for you. Very comfortable beds, a cosy wooden terrace - we would love to come back. The highlight for us was the sailing trip on a real ocean-going sailing yacht. We enjoyed a heavenly peace and quiet, so that we were completely at peace. Then we might even book a weekend trip to Denmark in addition - we are now totally enthusiastic about sailing!

Unfortunately, many problems with the landlord
* No fresh bed linen upon moving in * Worn-out and heavily soiled furniture * Non-functioning heating system * TV out of order for several months
* Landlord enters the apartment without prior notice * Towels changed only upon request * Censored internet
Landlord responds to negative review with unfounded claims. Despite no issues during move-out, he invents negative accusations months after I left. Rating hair-raising "facts", ranging from alleged property damage to the accusation that I had poisoned his fish. He published my name and that of one of my clients, a satirical newspaper for which I was the editor-in-chief. He researched this until the 90s! Instead of saying once: "Okay, we need to renovate here and it was a mistake to enter the apartment without notice," he must have thought. "He wants to destroy my existence, so I will destroy his." This is the only way to explain that he continuously publishes new absurd accusations against me on the internet, ranging from insults to defamation. Current highlight: A criminal complaint to the Neumünster police due to a fictitious property damage at his pond (case number 578Js 65327/17). He must have hoped to get the witness he named to make a false statement for him, which fortunately he did not do. The proceedings were immediately terminated. I am sure that the landlord will not leave this review uncommented on either. Read his statement below, which will surely not be long in coming. The landlord continually adjusts his statements and constantly invents new baseless accusations (see Google reviews). In addition, he invents positive reviews one after another that refer to the period of my stay. Conclusion: Better not rent here and not leave a negative review!

Ich hab es in 15 Jahren Vermietung noch nie mit so einer unangenehmen aggressiven und unverfrorenen Person zu tun gehabt, die es mit der Wahrheit nicht so genau nimmt. Erstens: niemals wurde eine andere Person oder Firma namentlich in den Stellungnahmen genannt, als Herr Steinkamp. Dies ist somit schon mal die erste von unendlich vielen Lügen, mit denen er Versucht, seinen Kopf nach seinem Wutausbruch aus der Schlinge zu ziehen.Er hat die Profile "Mario Breitenbach", "Manu Debessey" und "Ruec Rueccuemguer"in anderen Bewertungsportalen angelegt, um mehrere falsche Bewertung abzugeben wie auch hier und um vorzugeben, weitere Mieter wären mit der Wohnung unzufrieden - wenn man das oben liest, dann funktioniert in Summe nichts in dem Haus: Internet, Fernsehen, Heizung - und zwar während des gesamten Mietzeitraumes. Auch das ist wohl sehr unwahrscheinlich.Meine Stellungnahmen und Richtigstellungen von ihm sofort gelöscht, weil es ihm nicht passte. Weiter: 3 neg. Bewertungen seiner Fakeprofile hat er dann ebenfalls auf anderen Bewertungsportalen damls gelöscht. Eigentlich bereuen wir, dass wir ihm auch noch kostenfrei ein Zimmer für seinen Hausstand (war damals wohl wohnungslos) zur Verfügung gestellt haben, damit die zugestellten Räume (Küche und Studio) wieder begehbar wurden. Dies hat aber aber nicht genutzt. Dann bedient er sich auch noch an privatem Holz, obwohl ihm gesagt wurde, dass es privat sei, dann macht er Feuer im Garten und antwortet flapsig: "ich hätte wegen den ganzen Brandflecken selber schuld und muss mit Brandfleck rechnen, wenn ein Feuerkorb zugänglich gemacht wird." Dann veröffentlichte ER Fotos, auf den Asche und Zigarettenkippen schwimmend in unserem Teich zu sehen sind. Man sieht, wie ein teurer Japanischer Koikarpfen danach schnappt. Sogar die Polizisten, die die mutwillige Sachbeschädigung aufgenommen haben, bestätigten, dass es sich um Zigarettenkippen handelte auf den Fotos (Er hat sie wieder gelöscht - wir haben eines der gesicherten wieder hoch geladen).Sein Kollege war bei dem Vorfall bei der Rückgabe am 27.7. sogar dabei und sein Arbeitgeber wurde darüber informiert und hat den Vorfall bestätigt. Die Krönung ist: Herr Steinkamp wirkt bei der Tiersendung "Hautnah die Tierklinik"mit, in der kranke Tiere behandelt werden. Das ist doch unglaublich. Da fragt man sich, was geht in dem Kopf so eines Menschen vor, der für irgend welche Spielchen das Leben von Fischen gefährdet. Mir tut es besonders in der Seele weh, da ich mehrfach Spendenaktionen für die Tierauffangstation NMS durchgeführt habe. Zum Teich: der beinhaltet wegen dem (noch) ausgewogenen Biotop, sogar unter Naturschutz stehende Amphibien. Auch Wildenten fühlen sich hier wohl und brüten hier. Und dann noch was: Auch wüssten wir (und vielleicht sein Auftraggeber), warum seine junge Kollegin, die oben wohnte, kurz vor Auszug fluchtartig das Haus verlassen hat. Alles sehr merkwürdig! PS: Wir haben im Nov. 2017 einen Videorundgang der Wohnung erstellt, den sich Interessenten der Wohnung auf der Internetseite ansehen können. Er hatte hier noch einen weiteren Eintrag unter "Harry H" erstellt, in dem er weitere Ungeheuerlichkeiten verfdasste. Dieser Eintrag wurde dann von "Ferienhausmiete" entfernt. Wir haben jetzt weitere Schritte eingeleitet und die "Chefetage" seiner Firma über sein Vorgehen informieren.

Off to your bunk - the "bunk agency on land and water". We have been renting out furnished flats and holiday homes in and around Neumünster for 20 years now. Right from the start, we offered our guests special services such as free Wi-Fi and a DVD system with a selection of films. In 2008, we added the chartering of sailing yachts. We were one of the first providers in Germany to offer overnight accommodation on sailing yachts as a holiday highlight. in 2014, an RTL team visited us and booked us for filming (for the programme YOLO - spend the night on a sailing boat).
