Description
Spacious and cosy non-smoking flat on the quiet outskirts of Pfronten-Kreuzegg. The flat includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob and oven, toaster, blender, microwave, egg boiler, iron and board.
In the living room there is satellite TV, DVD player, radio-CD player.
W-Lan is free of charge.
There is a washing machine, hairdryer, safe and underfloor heating. Towels, dish towels, bed linen, various cleaning products are available.
You will receive the KönigsCard for the duration of your stay, which allows you to use many attractions in the region daily free of charge (mountain railways, lake shipping, swimming pools, museums, etc.).
In winter you will receive a 3-hour ski pass from the mountain railway partners free of charge.
We offer you the apartment in the low season from 7 nights, in the high season from 13 nights.
The prices are for an occupancy with 2 persons, each additional person a. 16.- € plus visitor's tax

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located on the outskirts of Pfronten-Kreuzegg.
Pfronten is located directly on the edge of the Alps in a hilly green meadow and mountain pasture landscape. Our local mountain is the Breitenberg and Aggenstein, a popular hiking destination in the summer, and in the winter, the skiers cavort here, both at the top and at the bottom of the mountain.
In winter there is also a large network of cross-country ski trails around Pfronten for skaters and classic cross-country skiers.
Our region is ideal for hiking and scrambling. Many huts and alpine pastures invite you to stop for a bite to eat. Mountain bikers and cyclists also get their money's worth here. In the immediate vicinity there are several lakes that invite you to swim, splash around and relax. Only a few kilometres from the accommodation you will find the most famous and well-known Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. King Ludwig's beautiful hunting lodge, Linderhof Castle, is also just a short drive away

Super accommodation
It is a super beautiful and super tidy holiday apartment that lacks nothing. Mrs. Sutter is very friendly and also warmly welcomed our dogs. We felt very comfortable, as did our dogs. There are sufficient walking opportunities and a dog toilet nearby. Wonderful view and excursion options. We can only recommend it and would like to vacation there again.

Excellent vacation apartment, therefore full score.
The holiday apartment "Haus Regina" in Pfronten is tastefully and perfectly furnished in a quiet area on the outskirts of Pfronten. Dogs are also very welcome. Our dog immediately felt at home. It was particularly pleasant that we could start our walks directly from the holiday apartment. Additionally, all sights, restaurants, and shopping options are easily reachable within a few minutes. The owner of the vacation apartment is very hospitable and always helpful with any questions that arise. The provided Königscard with numerous offers, such as free rides on the cable cars, was also pleasant, which we gladly took advantage of. This vacation apartment also includes two terraces, integrated into a beautiful, well-maintained garden. We will definitely book this apartment again soon.
