Comfortable centrally located on our beautiful island of Malta. Sitting room, kitchen/breakfast room going to a sunny patio. 2 bedrooms main with en suite full bathroom, seperate shower /utility room. The private swimming pool can be enjoyed all day and is sure to make you feel relaxed and with a great suntan. Sip a glass of wine and nibble some Maltese appetisers and watch the sunset.
If you have small children, watch them and hear their happiness as they enjoy themselves with the inflatable toys(provided) and swimming in crystal clear water.

This comfortable home is located in a quiet area in the upmarket suburb of Naxxar. The shops and bus stop can be reached in a 5 minute walk. Moreover in 10 minutes you are in Victory square with lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

This beautiful, comfortable holiday home is located in the village of Naxxar. Here you are welcome to visit our baroque parish church of Our Lady of Victories, the magnificent Palazzo Parisio and enjoy the various restaurants and local coffee shops, or try our band club restaurant for a hearty meal that will not break the bank.

Arrivals on Wednesday and Saturdays preferred, other days considered kindly send me your enquiry. Discounts for children under 12.

Special price for persons following internship in Malta, longer holiday stays 3 month & over from October 2023 until March 2024 also for people relocating to have a short 3 to 6 month place where to stay while looking for a longer term rental.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Whether you prefer to spend your holidays by the beach or discovering the gem of our capital city Valletta, renting this holiday home means easy commuting by bus or by hired car. This location means you are bang right in the centre of the island making it the ideal location for your most awaited holiday.
Arrivals on a Wednesday or Saturdays preferred. We are open from the Easter holidays up until the end of September.

Also available for those on internship or those trying out our island for permanent living on 3 months stay and over.
