This tasteful vacation home is furnished with interiors from Philippe Starck and B&O and is ideal for adults. In Krøyer's exclusive holiday home, you will experience the perfect atmosphere of Gl. Skagen. In the charming Skagen yellow houses, you will stay a few hundred meters from the sea, beach, and dunes, with everything within easy reach: restaurants, art museums, galleries, and fantastic shopping opportunities. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large kitchen/living room as the heart of the home, featuring all modern amenities, a lovely dining area, and a cozy living room with a beautiful fireplace and comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy board games or watch a good movie on TV.The tasteful interior design of the vacation homes consists of a kitchen from Gaggenau and furniture from Casa Marc Italy. The kitchen/living room has direct access to the terrace. The apartment's bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. On the first floor is the sleeping area with a guest toilet and three lovely bright bedrooms, all furnished with double beds (two 90 x 200 cm beds pushed together as a double bed). The fireplace in the living room creates the right atmosphere when darkness falls. Treat your better half to a dip in the swimming pool and hot tub. Krøyer's wellness building with hot tub, sauna, and indoor swimming pool is just a few meters from the front door. The light is absolutely fantastic at the top of Denmark. Skagen's varied nature is characterized by the sea and miles of white beaches. Take a trip to Denmark's northernmost point, Grenen, where the two seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, or visit one of the many other attractions in the area. Flagbakken is a paradise for birdwatchers. Spend your summer vacation in one of Denmark's most traditional and charming holiday towns, or enjoy nature on a hike in the snow-covered dunes in winter. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Beautiful property, good holiday home, mostly used by Danes. Electricity and water were included, making the price very affordable. Swimming pool with sauna directly opposite, no more than 10m away. Furniture: The sofa was once very high quality, but unfortunately now sagging and should be replaced. Blinds urgently need to be replaced. Kitchen: as a guest, it is better to bring all kitchen utensils yourself, or as a landlord, everything needed for cooking/baking should urgently be renewed. Beds are nice, unfortunately worn out and too soft. Overall, however, the house is good and a relaxing vacation is guaranteed. Recommended: washing machine with dryer is available and works great.
