Quiet environment, beautiful garden and terrace, bright and friendly interiors, good electrical appliances and loving furnishings, dishes and kitchen very clean / BUT: various cushions and blankets full of duck feathers. DanCenter was apparently not informed about this, I had specifically inquired before arrival - however, about goose feathers. Everything stored on the terrace and well ventilated, then it was fine. / The WLAN has not been able to establish an internet connection with our various devices in the last few days, an employee from DanCenter was quickly on site but could not solve the problem. / Some parts of the bedding were stained and should be replaced (we always bring our own pillows) / Television seems to only work through an app, which is not accessible to Germans (? ) An employee from DanCenter was quickly on site but could not solve the problem. Fortunately, because the two weeks without television were very nice for us. Recommendations: See the very extensive website of Aarhus.

We were at the house on Saturday exactly at 4 PM, the doors could not be opened, the local Dancenter and also the higher-level center were closed and were also closed on Sunday. The service hotline only had computer voices but no real people on the phone. A long time later, a call came in. The employee gave us the phone number of the landlord, who unlocked the house with her key half an hour later. All of this took more than two hours and caused a lot of stress. We were able to open the adjacent house with our key, which was not rented out by DanCenter at all. / On Thursday (two days before departure!), an employee from DanCenter came and wanted to take care of it. Also on Thursday, a digger worked in the neighboring garden from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. / No more bookings through DanCenter. Recommendations: The house was nice, but the key did not fit. Terrace/Garden / Location Recommendations: - unfortunately no microwave and toaster available / - some garden furniture brittle / - door locks very sticky / - beds/mattresses uncomfortable, interior blinds partially defective / - enough firewood available for grilling and heating / - fish restaurant "Fiskehuset Norsminde" reachable in about 25 minutes on foot / - for trips to Aarhus, you can easily use the Letban L2 from Odder (about 25 Kr per person one way)

It was big enough, it was clean, everything we wanted was there, enough space around the cottage, private parking, close to the beach. And what I really liked was the quick contact you had for questions about hot water, etc.

The house is quietly located, not far from the beach. The neighbors there are all friendly. Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon arrival. Toilet paper and cleaning supplies are missing. There is also nothing available for the dishwasher or for washing dishes. The bedding was also full of various stains.
