High-altitude holiday home in Sandersvig with a completely unique view of the Little Belt and life on the water. After a perhaps active day, you can relax in the outdoor and covered wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor shower, where of course there is also hot and cold water. The cottage is ready for the summer of 2021 and provides plenty of space to frolic and has many very special details, e.g. walled fireplace with glass door. The house is furnished with a sloping ceiling. Against the water you get large windows, which make the house very bright. From the large kitchen / living room and living room you have a panoramic view of the water, so you can follow the boats on the water while cooking. In the separate activity room you can have many hours to go in a good and fun way with both billiards and table tennis and even a dart board. There are four spacious bedrooms as well as a spacious loft. The house is surrounded by terraces, where you can enjoy the outdoors with e.g. barbecue and play. The house also has several covered terrace areas and in addition 180 m2 of open terrace areas and the architect has designed the house so you do not go down on views and lovely places for outdoor life and relaxation from morning to evening. Even from the Jacuzzi you have the most beautiful view of the water. For children and playful adults, you will find the opportunity to use a swing, football goal and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). It is possible to charge an electric car at the house. With this house, up to 6 people get free daily access to Slotssøbadet in Kolding. Not for rent to youth groups.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten Empfehlungen: Wir haben für 4 Tage ca. 150 Euro für Wasser und Strom gezahlt. Der Wirlpool mit ca. 1 Kubikmeter Wasser ist ständig auf 37,5 Grad aufgeheizt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool sehr geliebt, aber wir hätten ihn dann doch gern ausschalten können wollen, da er bei besonders bei kalten Au0entemperaturen viel Strom frisst. Das war aber nicht möglich. / Passen Sie gut auf, dass Ihnen kein Geschirr herunter fällt und zerbricht. Uns wurde für einen zerbrochenen Eierbecher 40 Euro berechnet. Gar nicht auszudenken, was wir für eine zerbrochene Schüssen hätten zahlen müssen!

The holiday home is located very quietly - the nearest larger town, Haderslev, is about 15-20 minutes by car. However, this does not detract from the holiday experience. Planning is half the battle. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We were often the only people there (travel time outside of German holidays, mid-May). At the campsite, which is also only a 5-minute walk away, there is a small shop and a small swimming pool. We were the only guests and had the whole swimming pool to ourselves. It is small and a bit outdated but completely sufficient. Our children were thrilled. The holiday home itself is very modernly equipped and spacious. We were there with several large and small travelers and could easily stay out of each other's way if we wanted to. The garden is quite large and offers plenty of opportunities for the children with a swing, trampoline, and sandbox. There is also a small gate there. The whirlpool is nicely sheltered in a house nook opposite the sauna. Both can also be accessed through the bathroom of the main bath in the living area. The house itself offers a large living area with a big kitchen, a small open living room with a very comfortable sofa, a hallway with a washing machine and dryer, and an activity room with a billiard table (with conversion also for table tennis). Two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms provide plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and we generally slept well. The consumption costs were great, even though we were in the hot tub almost daily and the sauna ran several times for a few hours. We cooked every day and used the washing machine and dryer. The support from DanCenter was always impeccable – super nice, quick, and absolutely satisfactory results. Big praise for that. Now comes the BUT: The condition is partially improvable. Overall everything is great BUT when you look closer, you realize that no one is paying attention who should. The balls on the billiard table do not roll back properly, the cues are in bad condition (only one of three was okay), the table tennis table is okay but the net cannot be tightened. Additionally, there are only broken darts for the dartboard. The trampoline is missing the cover for the springs, which is dangerous, and there was leaves on all the terraces. In the kitchen, there were still some dirty pots, and one day we even had ants in the house (bait could be purchased at the expense of DanCenter). We first cleaned the dishwasher because it was no longer washing properly – please take care of that. There were stains on some beds or protectors, and the amount of cobwebs is extreme. Just for that, a cleaning could be considered. The chairs in the living area are very loud and could use gliders. It is rather the small things that really need more attention. Just place a new protector or generally ant bait. Replace the queues or properly dust. It would, with little effort, significantly improve the holiday experience for guests and make the house even more beautiful than it is. Also, watch out for the neighbors. Since the surrounding houses also offer a lot of space, we had a football team with a season finale across the street on the weekend days and a group of men with a party urge next door. Both groups immediately turned down the music and behaved very nicely, but for children with very poor sleep, it might have been a problem. Our children were so exhausted from all the activities that they could still sleep. I would recommend the house despite its "flaws." We made the best of it and really had a great time there.

With the help of the DanCenter hotline, we were finally able to find the water meter after a long search based on transmitted images (after 2 phone calls), as the provided description did not really help us. Unfortunately, we found forgotten items from previous tenants in the freezer and uncleaned refrigerators and dirty ice compartments. For the vacuum cleaner (the bag is more than full and was already full when we used it for the first time), there are no replacement bags (at least we did not find any). There is no cutlery for the fireplace. The dart game could not be used due to missing darts. The table tennis table is defective on one side, so no net can be stretched. The billiard table needs maintenance, as the balls get stuck and do not roll to the pocket by themselves. But also positive impressions!!! Whirlpool (which constantly heats to 37 degrees) and sauna. Directly in front of the property is an 80,000 sqm enclosure with over 30 deer (for viewing only, not for entering!). Quietly located property. Energy consumption electricity approx. €9 per day + water consumption.

Die Größe mit den vielen Schlafzimmern und die ruhige Lage Empfehlungen: Das Haus liegt nahe am Strand ca 5 min zu laufen. Für Familen mit Kleinkinder ist der Strand in Ordnung da das Wasser sehr flach ist. Für Unternehmungen muss mann schon das Auto nutzen. Der Kiosk auf dem Campingplatz ist auch schnell erreichbar ist mit Hüpfkissen ausgestattet. Am Samstag kam der Rasenpflegedienst und am Montag der Fensterputzer. Das hat uns gefreut. Das Haus war grundlegend sauber ausser den Spinnweben innen und aussen an den Fenstern. Wem das stört muss selbst Hand anlegen. Meiner Meinung sollte der Vermieter mal eine Grundreinigung was die Spinnweben anbelangt durchführen, innen wie aussen. Auch das Schwalbennest im Eingangsbereich hat seine Spuren hinterlassen. Das sollte gereinnigt werden, da das echt den ersten Eindruck im Urlaub etwas trübt. Es gibt 2 Fernseher leider ohne Sat TV, da braucht man schon Netflx , amazon Prime etc. Es sind 2 Radios vorhanden und der Billardtisch ist auch Ok. Man muss sich nur Kreide zum Spielen mitbringen. Das Tischtennis ist leider nicht nutzbar da die Halterung für das Netz kaputt ist und die Schläger fehlen. Im Aussenbereich ein kleines Fussballtor , die Schaukel und das Trampolin ist vorhanden. Das Trampolin steht ganz an der Hecke und hat kein Netz bzw fehlt die Abdeckungen der Federn. Was nicht ganz ungefährlich für Kinder ist. Der Whirlpool ist auch schön groß, den Kindern hat es gefallen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. Da ausreichend Tische und Stühle innen wie aussen vorhanden waren , hatte jeder seinen Platz. Den Grill mußten wir vor Benutzung selbst reinigen hatte der Vormieter bestimmt vergessen. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Herd ,GS, Kaffeemaschine 2 Kühlschränge und ein Froster hat alles funktioniert. Wir haben für 1 Woche ca 140¬ an Strom und Wasserkosten gehabt, das sollte man mit einrechnen. Wer beim Frühstück gerne kleckern sollte sich eine Tischdecke einpacken da die Reinigung der Oberfläche des Tisches sich schwierig gestaltet. Design ist nicht immer praktisch. Wer etwas mehr Gewicht auf den Rippen hat, sollte das grüne Sofa meiden, es hat wackelige Beine. Da ich vom Fach bin würde ich abraten den Kamin im Wohnzimmer zu benutzen. Mein bzw. unser Fazit, uns hat es trotzdem gefallen und würden wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen - die nächst größere Stadt, Haderslev, ist ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das tut dem Ferienerlebnis allerdings keinen Abbruch. Planung ist die halbe Miete Bis zum Strand ist man ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Wir waren oft die einzigen Personen dort (Reisezeit außerhalb deutscher Ferien, Mitte Mai). Am Campingplatz, der ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist, gibt es einen kleinen Laden und ein kleines Schwimmbad. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und hatten das ganze Schwimmbad für uns. Es ist klein und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber vollkommen ausreichend. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist sehr modern ausgestattet und weitläufig. Wir waren mit mehreren großen und kleinen Reisenden dort und konnten uns super aus dem Weg gehen, wenn wir das wollten. Der Garten ist schön groß und bietet mit Schaukel, Trampolin und Sandkiste eine Menge Möglichkeiten für die Kinder. Auch ein kleines Tor steht dort. Der Whirlpool steht schön geschützt in einer Hausnische ggü. von der Sauna. Beides kann auch durch das Bad des Hauptbades am Wohnbereich erreicht werden.Das Haus selbst bietet einen großen Wohnbereich mit großer Küche, ein kleines offenes Wohnzimmer, mit sehr bequemem Sofa, einem Flur mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und einem Aktivitätsraum mit Billardtisch (mit Umbau auch Tischtennis). Zwei Bäder, sowie 4 Schlafzimmer bieten jede Menge Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben grundsätzlich gut geschlafen. Die Verbrauchskosten waren super, obwohl wir alle fast täglich im Whirlpool waren und die Sauna mehrfach über ein paar Stündchen lief. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und Waschmaschine und Trockner genutzt.Die Betreuung durch das DanCenter war jederzeit einwandfrei â€ super nett, schnell und absolut mit zufriedenstellendem Ergebnis. Dafür großes Lob. Jetzt kommt das ABER: Der Zustand ist teilweise ausbaufähig. Im Groben alles toll ABER wenn man genauer hinsieht, merkt man, dass niemand genauer hinsieht, der es sollte. Die Kugeln beim Billardtisch rollen nicht richtig zurück, die Queues sind in einem schlechten Zustand (nur einer von drei war ok), die Tischtennisplatte ist okay aber das Netz lässt sich nicht spannen. Zudem gibt es nur kaputte Pfeile für die Dartscheibe. Am Trampolin fehlt die Abdeckung der Federn, was gefährlich ist und auf allen Terrassen lag Laub. In der Küche waren teilweise noch dreckige Töpfe und an einem Tag hatten wir sogar Ameisen im Haus (Köder durften auf Kosten des DanCenters gekauft werden). Die Spülmaschine haben wir erstmal sauber gemacht, weil sie nicht mehr richtig gespült hat â€ bitte dafür . Auf einigen Betten oder Schonern waren Flecken und die Lage der Spinnweben ist krass. Allein dafür konnte man mal eine Reinigung anstreben. Die Stühle im Wohnbereich sind sehr laut und könnten Gleiter gebrauchen. Es sind eher die kleinen Dinge, die wirklich mehr Aufmerksamkeit brauchen. Einfach mal einen neuen Schoner oder generell Ameisenköder platzieren. Die Queues ersetzen oder richtig Staub wischen. Es würde, bei kleinem Aufwand, das Ferienerlebnis für Gäste erheblich verbessern und das Haus noch schöner machen, als es ist.Zudem Obacht bei den Nachbarn. Da die umliegenden Häuser ebenfalls viel Platz bieten, hatten wir an den Wochenend-Tagen gegenüber eine Fußballmannschaft mit Saisonabschluss und nebenan eine Männertruppe mit Partydrang. Beide Gruppen haben sofort die Musik leiser gestellt und sich super lieb verhalten aber bei Kindern mit sehr schlechtem Schlaf, wäre es vielleicht ein Problem gewesen. Unsere Kinder sind bei den ganzen Aktivitäten allerdings so platt gewesen, die konnten trotzdem schlafen Ich würde das Haus trotz seiner â€Makelâ€ weiterempfehlen. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und hatten wirklich eine super schöne Zeit dort.
